KW Bookstore is a great old bookstore with a wide selection of books, magazines, and more on lots of topics. It offers a fantastic experience with friendly vibes and a better selection than many new-book stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are fair, very reasonable, and great, with some great finds. The shop is a little tired, but it is a good place to browse, shop, and hold a book. Some find the credit program overly complicated. Customers recommend the store and plan to return.
I went in looking for cds, while talking with the owner about music he handed me 2 cds from behind the counter that were right up my alley (death metal). AND GAVE THEM TO ME!!!! FREE.... Just so happened that it was Birthday (he didnt know that until after he gave me an awesome gift). Made my day. 10/10.

Great bookstore in downtown Kitchener. The store is bright and there is room to move down the aisles. The books are well organized and its easy to find what your looking for. They also have a small selection of vinyls and DVDs. Parking isn't always easy but there's lots nearby.
