I visited Laura store in Market Mall in Calgary. I tried a dress which I liked but I noticed it had been worn previously as there were lipstick marks on the collar. I asked them if they can give me another one from warehouse which they didn't have. I decided to order that dress online so I can get a new and clean dress. I couldn't believe that I received the same worn dress with lipstick marks on it a few days later at home!!!!!!! The store did not accept the return, they were saying it was final sale. I could not believe the way they were treating their customers!!!! They said we will call security when I said I will leave the dress here if you can not do anything about it!!!!

Very unfriendly staff and customer service. They are mean and rude. Horrible. I felt like an inconvenience to them. Do not shop at this location!

Terrible and unfriendly customer service. Ladies working there are Arrogant, judgy and mean, make you uncomfortable. Management should do something to rectify the bad attitude.... or is this the kind of staff Laura likes to hire??

Horrible Customer Service! My wife had a horrible experience few days past. She was casually browsing to check if she would like something and an older women came to her and said "Just so you know, Our prices start from $60". If you are going to judge people right off the bat then probably you shouldn't be working in a business involving customer service.My wife was literally in the store for a few minutes before this happened. Ruined her entire weekend and the following week!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I went in today-May 15th, around 7:30pm, no even said hello when I walked in, I looked around for about 10min, picked 3 dresses that I wanted to try, no one came to ask me if I need help or if I need a room to try them on, so was already about 7:45 and I went to one of the cashiers from there and asked if I can try the dresses that I picked; then with alot of attitude she told me “well we are closing in 10min theres no time”, and I told her that I’m not going to take more than 5min and she gave me a dirty look! Not going there ever again, I rather buy online then to go to this store, she just ruin my evening; and I just noticed that alot of people were complaining about the customer service from this location hopefully the management will change something about these grumpy people that work there..

Horrible customer service. I came to this store a year ago for a dress and was completely ignored the whole time I was there so I left because I felt so uncomfortable. Today I thought I would give it another try and was so surprised when someone asked me if I needed assistance. I told the lady I was looking for a dress for a formal event. She brought me over to the dresses and then left. I picked out 4-5 to try on and had to go looking for her to help with a change room. While in the change room she didn't come check once to see how things were going or see if I needed anything. I did need a hand but figured maybe she was busy with another customer. I fell in love with a $400 dress but just had a general sizing question. When I came out of the change room I see the associate standing by the front but not with another client. This lady just had no interest in helping me and was completely unapproachable. I am disgusted by how I'm treated in this store and will not return a third time.

Didnt have much stuff Affordable. Very boring and dull atmosphere. Staff was very unapproachable. Wouldnt go there unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars for old fashion and dull stuff.
