I recently came in here and had a great experience with Liberty Tax Service at this location. The moment I scheduled my appointment, their professionalism and efficiency stood out to me. Samika, the staff who worked there took helped me in ensuring all necessary documents were gathered and organized. She explained my returns to me very nicely and she seemed very knowledgeable overall. Will definitely come again.

Overall a good experience. Managed to get my return handled fairly efficiently. My complaint would be the cost - I was a bit shocked my simple return was nearly $200. Certainly cheaper options out there.
