Extremely pathetic service! I was there to return an online order which i bought on sale not clearance but as per staff i could only do exchange. I didn't have to buy anything at same time hence I requested them to give me store credit if they can’t refund. They didn’t agree that was one issue but all the staff had such bad behaviour and they were all smirking looking at me as if I was asking for something free! Such a big company and such poor staff selection! I will never go to this store again or I might just stop using Mac for having such unreasonable policies!

The lady at the counter was very helpful in guiding me to the right products. I find the quality of Mac superior to some other brands, and appreciate this store.

Michelle is the BEST! She’s so welcoming and kind and has the most helpful suggestions and product recommendations, no matter what I come in looking for. I highly recommend this location and purchasing your products from her! You can thank me later! 😊

The customer service was amazing at Fairview Park Mall. Nicole and Steph were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable! I needed assistance finding lipstick, shadow and mascara etc. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! I will definitely be back to this location.

My experience at the store today was amazing. I just regret not catching the names of the 2 ladies who helped me.
They were wonderful and so kind and helped me find the right foundation and the right shade.

I wish I could have gotten the name of the associate that helped us. Friday August 30th, 2024 6ish pm I shopped at Mac for my first time. The ladies were fantastic. I spent over an hour being shade matched and the woman helping was phenomenal. So kind and funny and we vibed right off the bat. I told her my wedding was coming up and I nearly had a panic attack in the Sephora trying to match myself. My associate was so quick to find options for me and actually explain why the options work best for me. Absolutely fantastic service. We’ll be back!

I had an amazing experience today at MAC with Kelsey! She was approachable, kind hearted and a talented make up artist to say the least. I appreciated her taking her time and educating me on new products and techniques! I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a long time and it is safe to say i will be returning!

Not this location but company as a whole- no longer will be a customer as they stopped doing their most appealing incentive- back to Mac. You can recycle but you don't get a free lipstick as an incentive...so what's the point of purchasing or making a special trip to the store to drop off my empties?

I experienced excellent customer service by shy. She is working there. She is very humble and guided me through very detailed as I did not know anything about the women's cosmetic product. Just one word, AMAZING!!!It's always a pleasure shopping at MAC. The make up artists are so professional and helpful, they provide great guidance. From someone who just dived into the world of makeup from this very place, I got a pretty good selection from here. It's a wonderful experience everytime I visit the store. And the makeup is superb, of course!! I highly recommend shopping from here!!

I'm late with this review but still wanted to add it. November 12th was my wedding day. My hair took longer than anticipated and I was late for my makeup appointment at MAC. When I arrived I was frazzled but the staff made me feel at ease, Nicole did my makeup I ended up looking flawless and I felt really beautiful. First time at MAC but I will definitely be back!

Went in to find a concealer. Aashna my MAC artist was so helpful, patient and wonderful to work with. Not only did she help me find the right shade she also accommodated all of my requests. 10/10
