I recently visited the Marks at sunrise with high expectations, especially after seeing their promotion for exclusive Carhartt Canadian design shirts. My parents were here on vacation and we wanted to get them as souvenirs. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed.
When I asked about the shirts, the cashier (Julianna) informed me that they likely ran out due to the store's small size, but she didn’t offer to check or suggest any alternative solutions. This left me feeling like my interest wasn’t really valued.
We ended up purchasing a pair of boots, but once again, we had to search for sizes and find what we needed on our own. One of the female staff members even made a comment, "Are you going to take any of these?" which felt a bit rude and unprofessional.
Overall, the lack of customer service left a negative impression. While the products themselves were fine, I think there’s a lot of room for improvement in both the level of assistance and the attitude of the staff. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the shopping experience for future customers. Thank you.

Went into the store to buy an item. The website said that they had 3 in stock. When I asked for assistance finding the item they told me that the item was in the back and was not able to be purchased until next year. This seems pretty odd to me. If something is no longer available then it should not be on the website. I get the impression they just didn’t want to look for it.

I love marks for their end of season sales. How often can you get 6 new items for 60 bucks. It's usually quiet, easy to shop, change room is large.

went to this store On Aug 10 at 5:30pm to return a defective item, the reception on the counter was new old lady who wasn't very familiar with return process. she called her supervisor but she was refusing to help her. after 10 minutes the supervisor, a blond young girl, came and was very rude to her and she also had a hostile attitude toward me wanted me to leave ASAP because there was only 30 min to closing time! what a shame.
tell your employees that if they cannot work the full shift or if they have personal issues, stay home and not come to work and ruin other peoples day

I went to exchange your shirt and I didn't have the receipt so they would not let me exchange it and told me that I would get the lowest price. They ever offered the item on a gift card. All I wanted to do was exchange the shirt for one size bigger

Manager refused to take the time to come to the front and do a price match as the marks website says they offer. Even after being shown two Canadian competitors with a far better current pricing on the item. They were informed of the stated policy that "At Mark’s, we constantly strive to offer competitive prices in the market. Prior to purchase, if you find an item available for sale at a lower advertised price by our competitors; or within 30 days of your purchase, if you find your item advertised at a lower price by our competitors (or at our store) we will gladly match that price" and still refused out of what seems like a unwillingness to stand up and do their job. Unfortunately this isn't the first similar experience I have had at this location
