Have had a bin for over 8 years and have had no problems they keep it at a level so I have easy access.
The only issue I have is that they stopped sending PDF invoices a few months ago and are now sending RTF invoices which I cannot open so I have to message them every time to find out what my bill is. If you're one day late, you will get a late payment reminder.

This company was amazing! We had the bin for over 2 months and any time we needed help their team was right there. We moved a. Home of 32 years from one city to a new retirement community 1.5 hours away. They fellas that picked up, dropped off then picked the unit up again took such great care of everything and were such great guys. Thank you all for everything you did to make the transition so much easier then we expected. I would reccomend this company to anyone who is in need of storage and moving. You the bomb guys

Easy to rent a unit that allowed us to finish a project. Good service. Easy and convenient monthly billing. Pickup was prompt. One suggestion: use wider and longer planks under the unit as it left indentations on our driveway.

Excellent service! Arranging the bin rental and delivery was fast and efficient. The bin we received was modern and clean. The friendly driver installed wooden blocks under the bin and levelled it on my sloped driveway. Carla, the office manager is a real “people person” - with a great sense of humour! This company is now my go-to for any future bin requirements.

We have now used Mobile Storage for all 3 of our moves and are beyond satisfied with their service. We have also recommended them to family and friends. Karla is an absolute pleasure to work with and her customer service excels in every aspect; from a lovely personality, to clear explanation on the whole process, to execution and billing. The delivery/pick up team has also been wonderful to work with; they have always ensured to take care when delivering and dropping off the trailer to ensure no damage to the driveway. The storage containers have always arrived clean without any odd smells. Our stuff has never been damaged in the process either. They offer a variety of storage options and love that you pay for the trailer for a whole month, so there is no need to rush during the moving process. Overall would highly recommend Mobile Storage Kitchener and the only moving company we use.

They do not reply to anything but sales sales in a timely manner. The automated invoicing system spams email reminders but these are inaccurate and always have another set of follow-ups again, without any human reply behind questions around billing. They also threaten liens from a customer of over 7 years due to questions about their billing practices. Strongly recommend to stay away, very unhappy with their service from a business perspective although the live humans on a phone are cordial and polite.

I met the fella driving the truck when the bin arrived nice and early like I hoped. He very friendly and informative about the bin and did an excellent job at placing it where I needed it and avoided touching the hydro wires crossing my lane way. He also placed some wood under the corners of the bin on the pavement as to not damage the lane way. Excellent job, very professional and I would have to recommend. Great service 👍

We called late afternoon on a Tuesday and were able to secure a delivery for the very next morning. Making the reservation was quick and easy. The driver who delivered our container was very skilled, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job placing the unit in tight conditions, and we are grateful for this service!
