Really had a very bad experience and facing this for 1st time..they had 4 to 5 employees working and only 3 customer including me. But they ignored to help and blaming each other to help. Finally no one helped rather looking at me from distance and simply saying will be there in few minutes. Instead of buying clothes for 500-700$, I just stopped with 100$.never recommended. If Moores management seeing this comment. Take some actions.

Went in around 7pm on a Wednesday and asked for help with buying a suit for an upcoming wedding. A female attendant took my measurements and gave me a jacket to try that was a bit small. As she was looking for a different size, another couple walked in and she said she’d be right back, just had to greet them. After waiting around for her for over 15 minutes while she was picking colours of dress shirts with the new couple we just walked out.
The attendant made us feel very unwanted and unappreciated, like we were not good enough to be there, and literally anything was more important than helping us buy a suit.

My family and I will not be visiting a Moores location for formal wear again. We visited the Waterloo Moores in June and bought a suit. At that time the two staff there insisted the fit was perfect, even though the jacket was obviously very long and wide for my boyfriend’s frame. We then took the same suit to Fairview Moores for tailoring, picked it up yesterday and were shocked at the poor quality of the stitching. I voiced this to the staff member standing nearby, who did not comment or offer any sort of advice.
We have now spent over $400 in tailoring fees, not even including the cost of the suit itself and it still doesn’t look right

It is 3 days before I leave for a wedding, and after many visits to the store, and numerous phone calls, my outfit is still not in. How disappointing for my brother's wedding photos. They have had months to make this right.

Amazing experience with Galen. He is amazing and really knows his job so well. He helped me choose a suit with perfect fitting within seconds. I have never bought anything that fast. Definitely will come back here again for the amazing service.

My partner and I were at this location on the afternoon of (Sunday February 4th, 2024)
There was two people on the floor (nice gentleman with a moustache helping people) and a woman possibly of Indian descent, shorter, nice as well)
They were busy while two other associates were sitting behind the cashier desk talking and laughing.
I think it was another guy with longer hair and a woman who was slim and taller with black hair.
We needed help and they didn't care to acknowledge us or get up from their chairs.
Management needs to take more initiative to monitor those two associates.
We left and went to the Moores Cambridge location with success.

Had an issue with my suit and Matt took care of me unbelievably well. So happy with the service.
Also spoke to the manager briefly, she said she was new and seemed delightful - good changes for this location.
Ask for Matt if you need help!!! *2 thumbs up*
