July '23. I needed a new suit for my daughter's wedding. During all the planning and prepping for the wedding, my son suffered a great medical emergency just 2 weeks before the wedding. Brianne treated us with the utmost of care and compassion, and helped us through this devastating time. What a fantastic experience she provided. I absolutely recommend the Moore's store on Fairway Rd in Kitchener to anyone looking for a new suit coupled together with great service. Thank you so much.

Has legit been the worst experience. No one in there knows what is going on. They told my best man twice he didn’t pay for his suit yet he did and had his receipt. They were supposed to order a size down in pants for a groomsman and didn’t, and it’s the week of the wedding! They took my husbands measurements when he went in with guys and then lost them! He had to go back in. The people are nice sure but when you can’t do the job it’s very hard for customers. I will go anywhere other than here in the future. Weddings are stressful enough without dealing with all this as well.

Second time shopping at this store and being treated poorly. It’s a hit and miss, customer service is inconsistent. The first time I was treated poorly, they asked me what I did for living as if I was being interviewed to see if I can afford to shop at their store. I don’t want to call the race card but as a black man, it seems suspicious. I like wearing my old clothes to go to the store just as an experiment to see how I will be treated. I only shop there only if necessary. I just bought two dress shirts there. The experience was very uncomfortable. Will provide further details in my blog. They didn’t like the fact that I was trying on different shirts, because they would have to fold them back up again. So Allan a store clerk approached me about it. I don’t think I was the only one trying on different clothes. But anyway, he started hovering around the shirts, like he was guarding them from me; from trying them on lol. Whenever I walk in they assume I can’t afford anything so they always direct me to the clearance section. But I notice they only do it to customers that they perceive to be poor. They ask me over and over again if I need assistance, a common tactic to make the customer uncomfortable to leave the store. I’m going to visit the store again to conduct a few more experiments, then I’ll file a report.

We came in with quite a large group to get fitted for suit rentals. The staff helping us were quite friendly and knew what they were doing, efficiently getting through each one of us. I believe one person may have been new so there was some slight confusion/back-tracking along the way, but nothing that couldn't be addressed.The fittings themselves went well and included everything in the package; pants, jacket, vest, shirt, and shoes. They had the standard selection of colours and styles, but I wish they had matching pocket squares with their coloured ties; I ended up needing to purchase the matching squares separately. While the first people were getting fitted, I (as the groom) wasn't asked if I wanted their cuffs to be showing, but I was later asked for the later people to get fitted. I assume this can be corrected if need be once the rentals arrive, but it would have been nice to have been asked at the very beginning.As well, I wish the pricing was broken down a little bit. I myself am purchasing my shirt instead of renting one, my rental price came to the same total as everyone else's, but the receipt shows a negative balance - which I was assured I'd receive back once I pick up the suit. I'm not sure if this is for the shirt I don't need and couldn't really get a straight forward answer. They said it was maybe taxes?Pricing seems fair; about $280 for a rental which is normal these days. It would be nice if they offered something along the lines of "rent 5 suits, get the 6th free". You receive a $250 gift card but it's not usable until after the wedding date.Hoping everything is received as expected. Overall a decent impression.

Horrible service I stood there this morning waiting for help walked around for a good 15 minutes waiting for help. Another customer walks in and is asked if they need help right away while I wasn't even acknowledged. Your staff cost your company almost $1000 as I went elsewhere.
