Lady on the phone did not even want to fully listen to my questions, she just asked if I had been at their location before. After I said I had never been, she said:"I cannot help you out today."
Let it be so, I am not gonna call or ever visit this location either today, tomorrow or in the future.

Couldn't recommend this mechanic enough. As a single, young woman I was always nervous about being taken advantage of, this mechanic has always been honest, helpful and trustworthy. I've been going here for 8 years and will continue to as they are happy to work within your budget and give options. They fit my car in last minute when my brakes went when no other mechanic would make the time because it was tire season.All that rambling to say, this mechanic is worth the drive from out of town where I come from and I'll continue to come.

This shop really understands customer service and running a business honestly. Sometimes it’s a little challenging trying to get in at the last minute - especially when it’s summer and winter tire changeover season, but that’s understandable and probably my own fault for not booking earlier…lol. These folks are awesome!

Worst customer service brought car here to patch a hole in tire they lost my locking lug nut socket then continued to blame me that I lost while it’s a brand new car and there only ones to touch that one tire.. taylor In office is brutal zero customer care
