Couldn't recommend this mechanic enough. As a single, young woman I was always nervous about being taken advantage of, this mechanic has always been honest, helpful and trustworthy. I've been going here for 8 years and will continue to as they are happy to work within your budget and give options. They fit my car in last minute when my brakes went when no other mechanic would make the time because it was tire season.All that rambling to say, this mechanic is worth the drive from out of town where I come from and I'll continue to come.

This shop really understands customer service and running a business honestly. Sometimes it’s a little challenging trying to get in at the last minute - especially when it’s summer and winter tire changeover season, but that’s understandable and probably my own fault for not booking earlier…lol. These folks are awesome!

Worst customer service brought car here to patch a hole in tire they lost my locking lug nut socket then continued to blame me that I lost while it’s a brand new car and there only ones to touch that one tire.. taylor In office is brutal zero customer care

We've been customers at OK Tire for a while now and we're really impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness. It's great to have the dependable advice from a local mechanic shop that we can trust. Going through the process of buying a used car through a private sale can be scary, but the friendly staff at OK Tire always answers all my questions, follows up with me and has provided invaluable guidance through this process. I'm grateful for their help and highly recommend that if anyone is thinking of buying a used car, that you take it to OK Tire for a pre-safety first. They can tell you if it's a good investment or not, which will save you lots of money in the long run. Everything was done to perfection. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and did there jobs to perfection. The young man installing them was very thorough and did a excellent job. Manager was polite and well organized. Like the way its priced out. All in and no surprises from there quote. I'd go back anytime ?

The best review I can say is that I don't look at my bill ever.Heidi is amazing and so is Andy and the specialty mechanics they have. They have been my mechanic since 2008. With Hyundai to Mecedes. Don't go anywhere else if u need a mechanic plus shop!!!Services: Tire rotations
