I avoid this location at all costs. They are rude and not helpful. I do go to other locations around me and will drive out of my way to do so.

Place was very busy today December 23rd and all staff were very accommodating and very helpful. The manager and Sabina were very helpful this day and tried to serve their customers very professionally even though some customers have no patience and tried to butt in line rudely to which they deal with in a respectful and polite manner.
I always purchase my jewelry here as the price range are decent but could add up particularly the charms. Recommend this place for your special occasion gifts as you can find ample selections and the staff would gladly assist you with your choices.

I usually dont add reviews, but here it is. I visited Pandora for adding Charms to my bracelet from Pandora and there was a customer service person named Avery, and she was extremely rude. You can see she was not interested in showing the collection, when asked again to show it one more time to finalize, she literally said “Oh I already showed you available charms and its not gonna change”. Just so rude, will never visit again.

Very disappointed with pandora! We bought one silver ring from Waterloo store. It’s not even one month the diamond are wear off already. We went to replace it with original receipt and the assistant manager AVERY told us that she can’t replace because as per her option after spending $100 I am not suppose to wear everyday! Seriously … this is the reason she gave us for not replacing it.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced, and I was in the industry for over a decade. I bought a ring just under 2 weeks ago and I tried it on while I was on my way home. Decided I didn't want to keep it and put it back in the box where it stayed for the entire time. When I went into the store, they told me that it was too scratched up to accept my return. And when I tried to explain that i have kept it in the box the entire time Avery was very dismissive and short. She lacked empathy and showed no interest in helping or even listening to me. She told me to call customer service and maybe they could help me. I called customer service and they even spoke to Avery on the phone and even though customer service was asking them to make the return.. Avery pushed back and refused saying that it would "negatively impact their store" clearly she didn't want her 'sales target' or stores target to take a hit.. even after she was the one who told me to call customer service. The customer service representative on the phone was surprised that the store wasn't willing to work with them and help me with my return.
If these are the kinds of Assistant managers that are being hired, then I am concerned about the retail industry. I love Pandora and their products, but I will never be returning to that location again, even though it's my closest location. And I would highly recommend going to another location or shopping online instead.. I could have truly done without the way she spoke to me and treated me.

I was there for my birthday shopping on 9th of july.. I was hoping to try rings and just be happy. But the ladies over there were so rude not at all helpful! I had to ask four times if she can check my ring size first and she was just repeating it continuously that you don’t know your ring size! And it’s obvious I don’t know that is why i asked.. well I did not wanted to be rude and just tried one and
left without buying and mentioning but this definitely left a bad impression and ruined my happy mood. I hope someone reminds her sales representative responsibilities.

I think you guys to look over the service you give the young girl 👧 I had a disappointing experience at Pandora due to the rude customer service provided by Young Landy at the store. Despite seeking assistance, Landy seemed unwilling to help, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied with the overall service. Improved customer relations are essential for creating a positive shopping environment.

Madulyn the store manager middle age black women and blaming customers is worst. The store was not even able to provide the duplicate receipt even with the help of gift receipt and just wanted to let the store know that gift receipt have transaction no on that they can search it with the help of transaction no. Just being racist. Worst experience with the store ever. Will definitely sue them if possible.

The customer service at this location is appalling. I didn't get her name but the terrible customer service came from the manager (middle aged black woman). The manager tried to blame me, the customer, for a defective Pandora charm that broke my bracelet and resulted in me spending $100 on a new one. She told my husband that it was my fault when he spoke to her, and when I went into the store to confirm this with her, she tried calling my husband a liar and claimed she said no such thing. She actually had the audacity to tell me my husband was lying to me, as though I'd believe her over him. This manager should be fired for her complete lack of customer service skills. I have never received such rudeness from a manager at any business before, nor have I ever received so little help with an issue that was not a fault of my own. I firmly believe that this woman should never work customer service again, and if I could give 0 stars, I would.
Don't even bother asking for help with issues in store, don't bother wasting your time going in, just call customer service. Despite being a manager, they apparently are given zero authority to do a damn thing for their customers in the event of an issue. I was told they couldn't offer any kind of discount despite the issues, not even $5 off. It was pathetic. Everything gets put on the customer to contact a customer service line, even when you're standing in store.
Pandora as a company is terrible. They don't set up their staff with any way to assist customers, they hire terrible people with no customer service skills, and they make you jump through hoops to get issues resolved. I will NEVER be stepping foot in a Pandora again. The products are insanely overpriced for a metal charm, too. The price gouging is unreal. You can get S925 bracelet charms on sites like Aliexpress for $5-10 a shot. Save your money and get a charm bracelet with another company.
