Derek & Laura's NOFRILLS Kitchener is known for its good prices and great prices on groceries. The store offers a good selection and allows for price matching and PC Optimum points. The fresh food, including vegetables and fruits, looks pretty decent. Staff are described as very friendly, helpful, and usually helpful, with good service noted. The store has self-scan options. However, the store is small and crowded with aisles that are a bit squishy, and it lacks variety compared to other locations. A cart deposit is required, which some customers dislike.
No Frills has flyer deals. Very satisfied. Shop and see for yourself.

Nice to have a staff person at the door. Clean, not crowded early Sunday mornings. Small and large carts available. A nuisance to have to remember a looney for the cart. Lots of parking.
