I was promptly assisted by two staff members who were able to find the items I needed in my size. It was a relief because I always find shopping for pants so difficult and they made it easy! There was a sale as well, which was a nice bonus.

Love Pennington's sales. Bought a beautiful burgundy coat for 50% off the sale price. They didn't have my size in stock, and because I lived a distance away, I ordered my size and had it delivered to my home. Very nice staff.
