I was promptly assisted by two staff members who were able to find the items I needed in my size. It was a relief because I always find shopping for pants so difficult and they made it easy! There was a sale as well, which was a nice bonus.

Love Pennington's sales. Bought a beautiful burgundy coat for 50% off the sale price. They didn't have my size in stock, and because I lived a distance away, I ordered my size and had it delivered to my home. Very nice staff.

The ladies that work here are amazing. I was in desperate need of something to wear for tomorrow and was shopping a little late because of my work day. I was busy trying stuff on after close because I didn’t know they were closed ! I felt bad but they let me finish and I got a killer outfit :)Thank you for staying late for me ! I really appreciate how kind and wonderful I’m treated at this location! Great customer service experience:)

Love this store it has been been my go to 35+ yrs...or forever! Don't like going to Ira Needles strip mall area but glad they are not located in a big mall...strip malls are much more convenient and is fully accessible out and inside for anyone who has disabilities.Staff are always friendly and helpful.
