The store features a clean and well-organized pet wash area, and a wonderful groomer visits monthly for nail cuts. The staff are consistently described as wonderful, amazing, friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient. They are devoted pet lovers who go above and beyond in their service, helping customers find what they need and being very good to all the dogs coming into the store. Specially trained Animal Care Experts are committed to helping shop for the best nutrition and products. The Assistant Manager is noted as being fantastic. However, one store manager, who is not the regular manager, has received negative feedback. This person has been observed as seeming disinterested in dealing with customers, avoiding them, and acting in an unprofessional manner by ignoring a customer and walking away. This is noted as the only downside, while all other staff are praised.
