Pioneer Park Pet Valu offers an excellent selection of high-quality food and treats for dogs, along with knowledgeable staff who are always happy to provide helpful advice for new puppy owners. The store is clearly well run by Kara Lee, a dedicated and hardworking owner who is always welcoming and ready to help. Highly recommended.

I like to come here because their selection of cat food is very good! I’ve got an old boy at home whose 12 and a younger chunky boy whose 4, the staff here is genuinely sooo helpful, I frequently have to change my cats foods due to one being a chonky boi and the other being a old angry man, so they have different needs, I have never gotten the names but there’s a persian girl with glasses here whose always helped me and a very sweet mixed girl with curly hair whose pretty helpful, I believe the manager(?) is a lady who usually has her hair up and she’s phenomenal as well! I tend to not come when the other staff is in but the groomers have also been super helpful if no one’s available for a quick question when they’re busy!
the staff is really knowledgeable and educated on all their products, you can tell they really care about pets which is why even though my boys cost me like $50 a week on their fancy good food I’ll always come back here!

First time in here while visiting from Owen Sound.. Walked through the door and was greeted by the biggest smile that I have ever seen. Kind, polite, efficient and friendly. Phoenix you absolutely made my day. What a beautiful human being and an asset to the store. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.
