The friendly and knowledgeable staff is very accommodating and welcoming, showing newcomers games and hosting inclusive gaming nights. The store provides gaming tables and terrain. It accepts and sells used items and breaks open starter sets to sell components individually. Some customers note that the store itself does not enforce a hygiene policy.
