Be aware that they don't sell boxes,or envelopes or any kind of packages supply. The package needs to be set even the label sticker on it 😞.

It's in Michaels. Like other reviewers say, they make you buy a $10+ tiny roll of packing tape, staff aren't friendly, and didn't seem to like that I gave another person the rest of my roll of tape. Better off going to a standard drop off.

I was told to print my label even though my return was label-less and buy tape to stuck the label on the box. The employee kept saying we’re agents so don’t do it like others.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. It’s located inside Michael’s. I walked in and got in the regular lineup, the cashier noticed I had a package and let me know right away that drop off was at the framing department so I didn’t have to wait in the wrong line. I walked over there and the person scanned it and sent me on my way. I’m and out in a minute!
