Way too much socialization going on with the sales ladies. They are too busy chatting to actually serve customers. I had to go and get my own size exchange because they couldn’t be bothered to properly check on me.

In-store or on-line (delivered in 24 hours), both have provided excellent service.Today I had to do a return as I picked the wrong size by mistake and one of my items didn't have the tag as it had fallen off and I'd put it in the back pocket. No problem! I had the receipt and made a painless exchange.The ladies at the Boardwalk are friendly and super helpful. Thank you!This is the last of the Reitman retail stores between KW and I hope they remain.

I love this brand. My wardrobe has most of reitman clothing. I usually buy online. But this time accidentally ordered wrong size and when I went to the store I was highly disappointed by their behavior. Sadly I removed the tag hoping that I will keep it. But then changed my mind as it was loose fit. When I went to return, the saleswoman said she can't accept return as it seems it has been worn, which I didn't. It's okay if it's your policy of not accepting returns if tag has been taken out, but the way that lady behaved made me feel offended.

Love this store. my wardrobe could be a Reitman's ad. But I am unhappy with one day sales during the week and pandemic hours. I always seem to miss the deals. I am not a fan of on-line shopping and can not make it to the store before they close at 7 pm.

I had a wonderful experience there today. Its been a few years since I've been to reitman's but I'm glad I stopped in. They actually have tall leg pants. Its nearly impossible to find pants if you are tall. The young lady that helped me was super friendly and knew her stuff. She even offered to order me pants that they didnt have in a tall size at the store. In this day and age customer service is everything and this store won me over! Will definitely return.

I usually get ok customer service here, except for today. I came into the store this morning to return some clothes I bought online. I can't remember the women's name (employee) that spoke to me when I came into the store, but she seemed like maybe the store manager? I'm not sure. Anyways, she asked me not to put the clothes on or touch the counter. I thought "no problem!" as I held on to the clothes as she started typing away at the computer. She asked me to pass over each piece of clothing one at a time. Since I was balancing a bunch of clothing returns, I held out the first piece of clothing, which accidently part of it slipped out of my hand and lightly touched the counter. Upon seeing this, the employee got mad towards me and stated loudly "I told you that nothing can touch this counter!" I apologized and said it was an accident, but she huffed at me. Wow. Seriously?! I shrugged it off though as I just wanted to get out of the store ASAP. Then once the items had all been scanned through/returned to the basket, she then proceeded to ask me why I had two addresses on the receipt (one was my shipping address and the other was my billing/mail address). I was a bit taken aback by the question, because it literally has nothing to do with returns, and frankly, isn't anyone's business. Then she just continued to stare at the paperwork, as if she was trying to memorize my addresses or something. She refused to move forward with processing my returns/giving me my money back until I answered her question. I felt like I was being interrogated and it made me uncomfortable. I then explained how someone can have a billing address and a shipping address which can be different (how did she not know this?!), to which her response was "Ok...that's weird..." as if she didn't believe me. She kept starring again at my addresses for another minute and then finally gave me my money back. Please teach your employees not to treat customers like this.
