The pharmacy is going down since they brought in new people service is bad
This place used to be good have been coming here for over 12yrs. now everytime I go in there's new faces and my meds never ready have to wait as they start working on it when I get there when I had placed orders 8 to 10 hrs earlier wish they could just have those people or teach this people better service

Never felt so dehumanised by a pharmacy experience. I really needed to self-advocate to get my needs met. I'm switching to an independent pharmacy that is more knowledgeable of how to support someone with a disability.

Yesterday I had to go to this Pharmacy because mine didn't have a drug prescribed for my husband. I was mentally and physically exhausted as my husband's surgery was out of town and we had just returned.There was a problem filling the prescription because of an error by the other pharmacy.I was at the end of my rope and they went above and beyond to make it right. I feel better today and am very graty for your kindness.

It should not take 25 mins to fill a simple prescription of Amoxicillan. I left and went to Belmont Drug Pharmacy down the street. They only had one person working but I was in and outwith the medication in my hands in 5 mins. Dont bother going to this Rexall. Poor customer service.

They lock their doors before actual listed closing hours, more than 5 mins before the listed time on door. So don't trust the actual times that Google has posted, or the times listed on the door.

Very nice. Pharmacist attendant was very efficient at processing our covid shot. The waiting wasn't too long, had a nice talk with another person who was waiting. Pharmacist was informative, did a great- almost didn't feel it injection. As we waited for the 10min.afterwards, found some deals. The cashier was very nice.

The store itself is good but the pharmacy is very disorganized and when it calls to say your prescription is ready maybe it is maybe it isn’t.

Gave me a time my medication would be ready. I showed up an hour after the time they told me and I still had to wait half an hour for them to prepare it. When I got it, no instructions were provided verbally or on paper. I had to research the medication to find out about side effects, usage, etc.

Ran by cranky old lady’s who have nothing better to do than criticize a TWO YEAR OLD. Her shoes were broken and could not be worn. They did not care and threatend to kick us out. 0/10

Seriously understaffed- checkout regularly unmanned leaving you waiting to pay for several minutes. I’ve had issues sending perscriptions to them and they claim to not have received it, then later they find it in a pile of papers. Staff is trying hard but only so much they can do.Lots of great options for convenience and pharmacy in the area so I’d stay clear of this one if you have the option.
