I got to know this shop through my workplace. I went there to buy winter tires for my mom’s car and dealt directly with Rick, the manager. We made an agreement and I even left a deposit in advance. The appointment was booked for November 8 at 11 a.m.
My sister went with my mom to the appointment, but when they arrived, Rick’s son received them in a very rude and disrespectful way. He said that my mom didn’t have any appointment and that we hadn’t left any deposit, even though my sister showed him the payment receipt. He completely ignored it and kept yelling at my mom and sister.
In the end, nothing was resolved because he insisted that there was no record of our appointment — even though I personally made it a month earlier with Rick himself and left a payment in advance.
My sister also left a review, and he replied saying the same thing, that we didn’t have an appointment — which is a complete lie. Such a disappointing experience.

I was very disappointed with the service at this tire shop today by the young guy. I had booked an appointment three weeks ago in person with the young guy. We had scheduled the appointment, and I triple-checked with him before adding it to my calendar.
When I arrived for my appointment today, the young guy came out so upset . He said we didn’t have an appointment. When I asked if the appointment had changed, he said I wasn’t never booked. When I showed him the receipt that I got from him for a down payment on the tires on the day the appointment was booked in person, he said that didn’t make sense. Then, his father, who was very nice and friendly, told him that he remembered us coming to book the appointment. The young guy told him to get out of the way and be quiet. Then, the young guy asked me what tires I ordered I was looking for the tire number on my phone and he said “you don’t even know what you ordered” in a very sarcastic tone. This young guy made the entire experience very bad.
I asked him for the down payment back and left. I feel bad for this business because the owner is friendly and amazing customer service, but the son ruins it with his very pessimistic attitude.

I woke up this morning with a flat tire due to a nail in my tread and began calling around to get repair quotes. I'm assuming the gentleman I chatted with on the phone was the owner, Gerry, who was quite friendly and advised that they can do the repair for free (other businesses I had called were quoting $35 - $70). Not only was it free, they made time to have the repair completed the same day of calling, despite being busy with winter tire changes. I will certainly be keeping them in mind when on the hunt for tires in the future and I would highly recommend them for anyone else on the market for tires. Overall full stars for friendliness, service and, of course, price.

I came in with a very badly scratched rim on my 2022 Subaru BRZ. I was worried because the matte finish would be hard to replicate but he assured me that he restored one of those OEM rims before and he delivered on his promise. The wheel looked brand new and the service was punctual! 10/10

Hit a pothole with my BMW X6 and bent my OEM rim, I dropped it off to the rim doctor and he had it fixed by the end of the day.
Charged me a fair price of $200 for repair and tire balancing, saved me LOTS of money. A new rim to match my current OEM ones is around $2,000, I was super happy they were able to fix it, drives like new now. Very nice guys and very professional, highly recommend their services.

I had a screw stuck in my tire and stopped by here to get it checked out. The staff was super friendly, quick, and professional. They removed the screw, repaired the tire, and to my surprise, didn’t even charge me for the service. It’s rare to see such genuine customer care these days. I really appreciate the honesty and generosity—definitely earned my trust. I’ll be coming back here for any future tire or car needs and highly recommend them to others!
