I brought my 2016 TLX here because the other Acura dealership in another city was booked until 2025 for the recall. And I am totally glad I came here. I got in within a couple of weeks from when I made the initial appointment. I also wanted some other work done and they were happy to take care it. On top of that they took the initiative to show me pictures of potential safety hazards. I have never been to a dealership that showed me proof of safety concerns by taking photos of the part and emailing it to me. I love that extra step they take. And no pressure to fix or replace anything until they get you approval. Shout out to Matt at service for keeping me in the loop. Highly recommend this Acura dealership if you want your Acura serviced and looked after.

I love this dealership, I honestly look forward to dealing with car things when I know that these guys are here to help. Matt, Joe and Andrew are all fantastic and they go above and beyond to make the customer happy and feel comfortable, they are very transparent about pricing and will work with you to help find the best plan. On a personal note I've been dealing with the Shleuter family of dealerships for a little bit now and I have nothing but high praise for everyone that works in them, please keep doing what you do because you guys are a fantastic change in the right direction.

Unbelievable. Had an engine recall done here and when it was finished they had an alignment done.
When I picked up the car all the paper work about the repair and alignment was explained and included. I drove the car for about 1300km and it started to develop a knock in the steering. Got it looked at as soon as possible by my mechanic and they found a jam nut on the front left tie rod had backed itself out almost 1/4". The car was realigned and put in proper working order.
I called Schlueter Acura to see if they would do anything to reimburse me. The service manager Sacha called me back and lied outright saying my car was never aligned. "My tech did a dance infront of the computer that your car didn't need any alignment. Essentially saying they will not help. This is a blatant lie and absolutely not how you do business let alone treat people.

Exceptional service and support with the purchase of my Civic. Sidney was incredibly accommodating and very easy to work with during the sale process and followed up on several aspects of the purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Sealing the deal with Brandon was also a breeze and their shop had the vehicle looking brand new. Definitely recommend considering them for your next purchase.

I recently had an unexpected issue with my 2021 Acura RDX that caused several alarm lights to turn on simultaneously. Fortunately, Sasha, Matt, and Jillian from the service department were incredibly supportive and ensured my car was fixed as quickly as possible.
Since I could only visit after work, the service department was closed, and I had to interact with the sales department instead. Every time I went to Schleuter Acura, Siera, the staff from the sales department was exceptionally nice, welcoming, and always greeted me with a beautiful smile. Her positive energy made each visit enjoyable and pleasant.
I also asked to try out a sedan loaner car, and she provided me with an Acura Integra. I absolutely loved the driving experience it offered.
Overall, Schleuter Acura's outstanding customer service, from both the service and sales departments, has left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, efficiency, and warm hospitality.

I have leased or purchased many vehicles throughout the years and will generally hold back on leaving reviews until the sale, customer care follow up and the vehicles first service has been completed. This paints a more accurate picture of a dealerships level of commitment to their customer. Having said that, Schlueter Acura stands head and shoulders above ANY total experience I have had in over 40 years. From my initial consultation with salesperson Sidney, through the business office and management approval stage, and now service, Schlueter Acura simply reaches a higher echelon experience which merits considerable praise. From the showroom to the delivery process and after sales support / service, this dealership treats you like your patronage and appreciated business still matters. Bravo team ?

I had the humiliating experience of dropping my phone between the seat and centre console. Tried for an hour to get it out and in desperation I drove to the dealership. Sasha and the service team were kind, helpful and Sasha retrieved my phone with nothing but smiles and understanding. 12/10 customer experience. It’s the little things that matter!

I’d been looking to trade in my Hyundai for about a year and no one was willing to help. One day i decided to give schlueter acura a chance and to say i’m over the moon with this experience is an understatement. Ryan was so transparent and understanding with everything. Made sure i understood what was happening and kept me engaged the whole time. He’s very knowledgeable and i will 100000% be referring people to him and schlueter acura. I’ve never been so excited to drive and with my 2020 RDX i’ll be driving for years in style.
