Overall a great spot for storage, we had a 10x20' heated unit, worked well. But after 18 months of rental and a 78% increase in rental fees every 9 months, the price was simply too much. I guess it depends on your budget but at $450 incl taxes every 4 weeks, it really eats into your wallet for just a second garage.
