  Overall a great spot for storage, we had a 10x20' heated unit, worked well. But after 18 months of rental and a 78% increase in rental fees every 9 months, the price was simply too much. I guess it depends on your budget but at $450 incl taxes every 4 weeks, it really eats into your wallet for just a second garage.

  I was surprised how clean and nice this facility was. The staff knew what they were talking about, and made me feel that stuff would be safe with them. I liked that I was able to choose between many different units and sizes. I picked a unit that was heated and air conditioned, which works well for my fine furniture. I would highly recommend this self storage facility.
