I have had several negative experiences here. One of the staff was so pleasant. The other referred to me as sweetie and said not to touch. 1 staff member told me off for putting my purse on the shelf to hold it. I will not go into that store again. Testers were not available and some were disgusting. Not very clean or well organized. Very disappointed for a second time.

I had a terrible experience—there was absolutely no customer service, and the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t care about assisting customers at all.

I had purchased 3 perfumes online that were not carried in store and decided to return 2 of the 3 bottles after I opened the bottles and smelled them. When I processed the return in store, the cashier was incredibly rude in demeanor. She asked the right questions (did this come in plastic/was this used) but had a very condescending tone. She made me feel like I did something wrong by making the purchase in the first place and the fact that I returned part of my purchase was such a hassle to her. Next time I will just order it from Holts where I have never been made to feel like a second class citizen.

I am visiting this for more than year but today staff Victoria is the worst employee. She is so rude when we apply the lipstick. She disrespectfully said no. I think she requires more training on customer service.

Jst had the worst experience at this store. It’s supposed to be Sephora sale and the woman I dealt with at cash was inexcusable rude at the cash register when I asked her to apply my discount. To the Blonde haired lady who was checking people out with a red bow in her hair, please do better and be nice to your customers!! Management demand better from ur employees!! To Waterloo location I will go, never shopping here again. Thanks for ruining my SATURDAY!! Do better if u want business.

This lady kept on following me wherever I go. I felt like I did something wrong even though I was there to get my items. I would’ve gone to Conestoga to pick them up but this was the closest to where I was. A lot of people were there but she kept following me. I’m never coming to this place nor would I recommend unless you like being followed

I had a full face make up service done for my engagement photos just recently, and I was truly thrilled with my look & how well the artist made my vision come to life. I don’t know anything about make up, or, how to even apply it for that matter, but Owen did an amazing job. I was going for naturally but glowy and that’s exactly what I got!! I didn’t want to take it off! Will be coming back for future events.

Emma and couple other people in the store, god knows why there are here if they cant suggest and recommend people what to get.
Rude, arrogant and disrespectful.
We used to shop here regularly, unfortunately it is not going to happen anymore.
I feel the staff is bit untrained, manager you got a job at hand please do it properly with your staff.

Terrible workers. I was looking for someone to ask a question both of them slipped away. & acted busy. They clearly saw me approaching them but still did that. I stopped going there. Conestoga is the best as always

I remember when this was the first Sephora in town. Today I tried to buy a foundation only to have 4 staff people switch off as they were helping me match color. It was getting funny after meeting more staff in 5 minutes than seemed necessary but obviously their manager was moving people around for whatever reasons so I was being as patient as I could since it wasn't the front line persons fault.
After that another new person was assigned to me to look at mascara. I went to pay and the line was long and I had my toddler with me so the original person that did the color match suggested I pay with a handheld machine she had. I was about to tap my card and the manager interrupts with the mascara person to finish the transaction. I didn't want to continue this ridiculous encounter. So I left. Completing the sale would have taken maybe a second but they wanted to switch people again because person A was doing a service already.
It's kinda exhausting to meet half a dozen staff members in 5 minutes to buy one foundation. It was definitely feeling like a circus in there. Management might be trying to train staff but thinking of the customer experience would be worthwhile over whatever numbers they are trying to achieve.
