Recently visited for getting my SIN updated. The entrance is confusing for first time visitors. However the directions given on the walls help alot. They provide a smooth service with a minimum 10 minutes of waiting period. I went without appointment and still got my work done within half an hour.

I arrived right when they opened at 8:30 on a Monday morning for a passport application. I had an agent who was super speedy and nice, I was out by 9:10 - much quicker than I expected. Super quick and painless experience, thanks Tessa!
