Worse customer service. I went there to get gas . After getting gas went inside to pay but I was very disappointed to realize and saw the customers service of the cashier. He was very rude and looked at me like a I have done very bad to him. Even he didn’t answer what I said like good morning, happy dewali, how are you . Just paid the gas price and left . I don’t know how the company does not train franchisees about customer service and how to run the business. There is much competition in businesses. At least the owners should let the people know who work in the gas station that customers service is very important because first impressions is the last impression. She’ll company must see its customers service reputation

I went at 11:07 PM tonight to the store to get some things I needed and he refused to open the store because apparently they close the store at 11PM even tho it says it is open 24 hours on the. He was also looking at me with a judge look that made me uncomfortable. His eyes had racist vibes.

I was waiting for the pump to authorize lady inside, start yelling need to prepay. She then continue to argue with me over the speaker then when I went inside to make a purchase, she stood with her arms folded and stared at me. She’s one very rude lady who trust no one she tells me it’s a Shell thing that we have to pay ahead of time yet the shell around the corner from my house does not make me prepare. She really needs to stopTo stop yelling at clients and realize if it wasn’t for us she wouldn’t have a paycheque. She needs to learn to trust the clients and not argue with them. Will not use this gas station again until things have changed and I see change.

Allows customers to pump gas while car is still running. When addressed at the desk attendance says there's no way to stop the flow of gas from somebody whose car is still running even though it poses a threat to the people who work there are pumping gas there and live in the neighbourhood

Tried fueling up just after noon on a Tuesday but attendant started shouting at me through the speaker. Couldn't understand a word she was saying. Finally figured out that she wanted me to prepay. Sorry but I don't prepay. Rude woman. Taking my business elsewhere.

My car likes the premium gas here better then other places. The two crazy guys that work there just crack me up. It is like a free comedy show. No complaints here.So now it’s 2022/10/19 and they want you to prepay because of theft. No problem.Not knowing this waited a long time at the pump to be activated while the lady inside finished her conversation first to tell me to prepay. Went inside gave her my card and ID not knowing how much I was going to pump. She tells me I have to tell her how much because the pumps are locked and she can’t authorize them ?. Smiled and left. Don’t lie to me because you don’t want to do your job. Fortunately they are other gas stations.

I paid for my gas and it never went into my tank. When I told the cashiers about this they didn’t believe me and sent me on my way. Don’t recommend, total rip off

The cashier James was very discriminatory and was racially profiling me. If you're a person of colour, be aware, very nasty and rude to us. Follow you through the store, etc.

Got gas here about 2 months ago and paid at the pump due to COVID and limiting exposure by going inside. A couple days later got a notice from my bank that my credit card had been stolen and a $1,500 transaction was fraudulently charged. My wife got gas here this past Friday and due to her being pregnant paid at the pump also wanting to limit exposure due to COVID, she just got alerted of a $5,800 pending fraudulent transaction. They collect Air Miles points and every time she tried to put her card in it said "card cannot be read", eventually she just gave up thinking it was something wrong with her card but now realizing there was a card reader on the pump. Will NEVER visit this gas station again. I know that pumps are a common place for card readers but prior to going to this particular station it has never happened to either of us before and we've both been driving for well over 15 years. They need to keep a better eye on their pumps to avoid their customers being scammed.

Stay away the guy needs to have abath smells really bad and he is crumpy. Just walked in and the day woman says I'm going on phone can't help you for 10 minute .I say I'm in a hurry she goes and picked up phone and acted like lam not there

Incompetent!! I just paid to out air in my tires and the thing is broken!! Now I'm sitting here is flat tires waiting for CAA to come fix them. The guy inside is such a dence robot is can't help me, apparently the owners don't give a care. So now I'm out my money and have to use one of my CAA calls for this!!! Last dollar I spend in this please
