This is a convenient and easily accessible location for a gas station, but I did have a little trouble with the pump I was using. The nozzle seemed to stop after every couple seconds of fuelling, which is peculiar, as I know for sure my tank was nearly empty. There is nothing wrong with my fuel filler neck normally and the car is brand new. I gave this pump several opportunities to function correctly before becoming frustrated and leaving the gas station in favour of another one.

Why does the Attendant select my fuel octane level, and I have to wait 24 hours for a refund when they get it wrong????? I have never been to another gas station that did not let me select the fuel grade. I should not have to wait 24 hours for a refund because the attendant selected the wrong grade.

Be prepared for wild price fluctuations. They are 3-5 cents more expensive in the morning, when they know people are on their way to work and do not have flexibility in their choice to fill up. They will also jump their price 5-10 cents every Friday in order to try and milk you for going out on the weekend. I literally go out of my way to avoid buying gas from this company.

Very compassionate customer service. I have been coming to this Shell for over a year now and just recently one of their courteous employee's reminded me that they had over charged me for a transaction 1 week ago. He had taken the amount I overpaid and applied to my new bill. Very good customer service for remembering customers

The worst management ever.One bar was not functional and the management post no 'out of order' note.Another bar had no receipt paper and they instead of saying 'sorry' and putting a paper roll in the bar they 'advise' to go inside for a receipt.What is the reason for me to pay on the bar if I have to go inside than?Very poor management.
