Always busy. Not sure what ownership is doing, but there is almost always one untrained employee doing multiple tasks (while cashing people out) during rush hour, by themselves.
I value where I spend my money, and im more than happy to go to a station that at least bothers training their employees, let alone leaves staff stranded as it often seems approaching 5PM.

I got this chocolate and its pigdeli(melted)? Is not good condition. What to do? Jagmohan was his name, very bad guy. Koi baat nahi ho next time esa hua to… to bhi koi baat nahi, my friend just tell me now that it tastes also bad but ok.

It is undoubtedly the best and cleanest, well managed Shell pumps I have visited across Ontario if not Canada. I've never been disappointed in any manner. Keep it up..!!

The frequency with which I visit the store only for the doors to be locked an nobody appears to be inside during daytime hours is actually getting concerning. I understand that your pumps are all pre pay but some of us carry cash, and some of us would also make a purchase inside the store. It really doesn't feel like 24 hour service, if at 9am I can't get gas.

The gentleman who was working at 4 yesterday afternoon is a shinning star. Give that man a raise. He not only ran my receipt out to me at my vehicle but he assured me several times it absolutely wasn't a problem. He apologized it didn't print and wished me a great evening. This is not the norm at this station. See below.I frequent a shell station on average, twice a week. Usually between Cambridge (pinebush location) and this location on King street.I typically have all 3 kids, fully buckled in car seats with me.This particular location has some sort of issue with the receipts printing at the pump. I ALWAYS pay at the pump specifically to avoid having to unbuckle all of my children to come inside just to pay.When the receipt doesn't print, I push the help button. I always have to push it multiple times before someone comes over the speaker asking if I need help. We always make awkward eye contact through the window while they watch me push it 2 or 3 times first.When they answer I ask them to bring my receipt out to me. I pay with a company card so I need the receipt. I always am greeted with a push back or a hurry or a huff. They will run it out to me but it's literally a game of tag. A quick hand off and they run away. I've also been told a straight up no here too in the past. They have refused too, making me unbuckle all 3 of my kids and carry one while holding the hands of the other two across the parking lot and into the store for the 5 second interaction.Sometimes the receipt prints but doesn't come out, in that instant I would like them to come unlock the little door and get my receipt out so the next person doesn't get it. Shred all of my personal documents and get anxiety when something containing personal info is left behind. Now that is something they typically always say no too.Tell the young man working yesterday that he is now the boss and the rest of your employees need some training in both fixing of the printing at the pumps and customer service.

Charged me twice after seeing the approved each time and saying that I did not pay. After checking my account it showed 2 transactions and was not able to refund me.

Literally just left the place….Brutal, ignorant, and lazy! They wouldn’t get off their phones and sitting on the job. When provided service the guy that helped me out, took a call while ringing me in. Apparently ringing in a client is less important than calling and texting people. Would upload the photo on this review but there is no option. This being said photo will be uploaded to Reddit and yelp. Thanks for nothing, sheer disrespect to the people who come in for their service. I rate this half a star but won’t allow me to.

Clean and we'll lit, as I get there around 05:15. I like the fuel, that's where I fill my truck up Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
