Give Katie in cosmetics a raise or a promotion. Such an amazing personality and very helpful ! I am sad she is leaving . Shoppers is definitely losing a wonderful employee!!

Joyce at the pharmacy was very rude. She has no customer service skills at all and should not be working with the public. I don't understand why people take jobs dealing with the public when they obviously have no idea how to properly do so. I was trying for 2 days to get a prescription refill sent to my daughters doctor. Joyce was telling me the pharmacy does not fax doctors for refills , which we all know, is a lie. I explained to her that another person tried 2 days earlier but the doctor did not receive the fax so she informed me that I had to take my daughter to the doctor to get a new prescription. Ridiculous that I had to waste my time dealing with someone who was on a power trip, or maybe just too lazy to hit the send button to resend the fax and then decided to hang up on our call. Two days later, still no fax sent. I go in, a different person was there and offered to have the pharmacist write the prescription at the store for 15.00 which I had to do. But thank you so much Joyce for being so rude and unhelpful because you could have offered that service TWO DAYS EARLIER!!!! I will take my business elsewhere, rather than hand my money to people like that. You don't deserve the customers you have.

I have been to this location for flu shots a couple of times and I must say that the pharmacy is consistent in one thing: "never being on time a.k.a LATE". I wonder if the Shoppers Drug Mart appointment system needs a revamp to provide appointments every 10-15 minutes or if it is the pharmacy (pharmacist) that cannot cope with the 5-minute appointments that their booking system offers. Honesty, both times when I went there, I was out in less than 2 minutes so I wonder where the problem lies. Regardless, I don't think I would be scheduling appointments at this location again.

Appointment time for vaccine is not respected. Online this location has many appointments available (when other locations do not). When arrived, I had to wait for 5 minutes before getting help and checked in. At which point I was told that the wait time will be at least 25 minutes because there are other people ahead of me and they are running behind.Worst service ever - disrespecting my time.This pharmacy vaccination location is putting Shoppers Drug-mart to shame.Very disappointed and will not be returning here due to this unfortunate experience.

I just went to the cosmetic counter because the front cash had over five people in line and I wanted to just purchased my prenatal vitamins and the cosmetics associate who was there at cosmetics was also passing on a return for an employee who works in cosmetics named Chelsea, Chelsea mentioned to the cashier that she also had another purchase to make so it to take a little bit so I asked nicely is there anyway I can possibly buy this quick because I have my dog in the car and I just want to buy these vitamins. Chelsea told me if I want to purchase them I can go to the other cashier on the other side of the store going to the mall entrance I said is there anyway that I can just use a cashier now and then Chelsea said I’m on my break and I took it to do this. And I said okay great but I’m an actual costumer and it will be less than 2 seconds. Felt like a soft break as the store was dead in cosmetics aside from her. Then I said if you’re gonna give me attitude, we can stop it now and then she continued to be confrontational and try to explain she wasn’t arguing and I said sounds a lot like arguing right now so can we can cut it off right now because I’m pregnant and I don’t need this and then she’s zipped her lip and then she waited there quietly, so unnecessary. I used to work at Clinique. And trust me you have time after I leave to buy whatever your heart desires. So so unnecessary.

I use this pharmacy. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. All the staff I have encountered at the pharmacy have always been very pleasant, patient and happy to answer any questions.

Horrendous Customer service. Absolutely 0 loyalty to frequent and returning customers and 0 accountability for their own mistakes. Plus they have overextended dispensing fees. Go-to a mom pop pharmacy. Dispensing fees will be similar and they'll treat you better.

Store sucks stay away service is bad, They charge top price and still can't afford to put in a cashier, You have two people struggling with the self checkouts where they could of used a cashier for help... Bravo ? shoppers hope your profits are in the millions this year ?I don't have an issue waiting in line for my turn but I don't work for you.

Leanne is the most unpleasant person I have encountered. I've been at this location quite a few times, and she has shown not only me attitude but also to the workers. I am never coming back to this location ever again.

Great store and handy to have in the neighborhood. I wish they would have a better selection in Cosmetics. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Numerous errors by pharmaceutical staff on medication..incorrect dosage..not fulfilling doctors prescription..I had complained several times but the same errors were repeated which is unacceptable..had I not noticed the errors then it could have been detrimental if the medication was taken

So I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. The service quality has slid since it moved to the mall and since Razeena left. Today was the last straw. I discovered that for over a year, I have been paying out of pocket for my sons prescription that should have been covered under OHIP+. When I spoke to Philip about this he told me it was MY FAULT for not telling them to put it through OHIP because my coverage could change. Really? I asked them to fix it and he told me it was over 7 days and there was nothing he could do. "Call OHIP yourself" was his resolution. No offer of any help at all. So after 20 years my entire family will be switching pharmacies and never shopping at Shoppers again. I am disgusted with their lack of customer care. I have never felt so much like just a number. Razeena and the old staff would have had the foresight to charge OHIP for this and if they didn't they sure as hell wouldn't blame the customer for their incompetence. Dealing with the unnecessary line ups as others have stated and after correcting a huge medication mistake (by their staff) a few weeks ago we still do not matter as long as they got paid. Avoid this store all together.

Convenient location when you have to wait over 45 minutes for a prescription that I was told was ready at least the pharmacist was nice
