The owner, Raj, is very knowledgeable about mattresses and helped me find what I like right away. Very helpful, and fair price too. I went to 5 local mattress stores and this was the place I gave my business to. I was surprised by the past poor reviews and overall rating, not sure what the story is there, but I would happily go back again.

This is the third mattress I’ve bought from Sleepezz. The mattresses are of excellent quality and a good selection.The staff were super helpfully, knowledgeable and accommodating to my delivery dates.

I changed the rating because the next day I got the mattress and I could understand the situation.I only leave you as a recommendation that you always be clear and sincere with your clients so as not to leave them waiting for delivery.

Please go with your elderly family when purchasing. Mine insisted on going alone and was "upsold" a mattress when is wasn't necessary. The man was buying a mattress. He was obviously ill and certainly didn't need the more expensive one. It was just taking advantage of an old person. I will never buy here for this reason.

Great selection and fantastic personable service. We wanted a certain mattress that would not be instock for 2 weeks. We were time sensitive for our situation. Sleep Ezzz offered another mattress delivered for free to use while we waited for the other mattress and also offered the next step up more expensive mattress at rhe same price. Thanks so much for a great experience. Highly recommend ?

I checked 2 stores in kitchener before going to Sleep Ezzz. Best price and best customer service experience when comparing to other two shops. The owner and the employee(Robin) really helped me to get good mattress and box spring in good price. I strongly recommend this shop.
