Service is always slow here, even with no lineup. Lots of tellers wandering around having a chat in the background not doing anything while customers wait in line for the one or two tellers that are actually working.Today I went into the bank and had a black male jump ahead of me in line. (He waited in line behind me for a few moments, then just walked up to the counter, bypassing me entirely.) The teller tried to argue with me that the man had just come out of his office when in fact he drove in and parked ten seconds after I did and walked into the branch behind me. We were the only two people in line. (Security footage would prove it.) In any event, I found it odd that the teller would argue with me about it, trying to claim something that wasn't true, unless something more shady was going on.The teller I'm referring to above has actually never served me before. He's always there working when I come in, and he's often at the computer or wandering around at the front, but he never calls me up when he sees me standing in line. It appears that he only serves "darker" customers and makes the "lighter" customers wait for one of the other tellers to serve them.I'm wondering if something more is going on at this location. It's curious that there are no white bank tellers at this location at all. Every ethnicity is represented here except for one, and it's hard to believe the one that is missing is the largest one. Racist hiring perhaps?

The worst possible service agents do their best to ignore your problems, it's all about the surveys..On 4 occasions they tell us that a problem will be looked into later they act like they are the nicest people on earth, but really, if they tell you that they will do something on a later date, just know it won't happenMy advice is don't leave till your problem is solved

I am a very unhappy business client. This branch consistently makes mistakes with hundreds of thousands of client dollars when it comes to wires, deposits and bank drafts for real estate transactions. Aside from the hours spent rectifying the issue each time, there is no accountability from TD, not to mention the communication between staff and management is laughable. Not sure what happened in the past two years, but I am looking to take my business elsewhere - this is no way to hold other people's money and TD should be ashamed.

Went to this Branch Started my student cash credit card application On Oct 23 and Nov 1. My advisor Jigar is very helpful. Answered all questions that I have. But only problem is (on my side) the application didn’t approved. But he tried. Went for another appointment today. And for the product that they introduced me. Secured credit card with Secured deposit or funds. I must say the service from today is very exceptional. My advisor Albana She is so nice and very energetic. With a wonderful smile. During the appointment. She even asked if I want a drink or not. What a nice sweetheart lady. All in all, everyone who helped me with the credit card application are all good. But Albana is exceptional.Keep up the good work Albana. You did great.

Worst bank ever all they cater to is the foreigners if ur white u have to wait about half hour to deposit a simple check very bad experience all the foreigners who can't do simple banking need there own line up

Quite some teller around, but only 2 are serving customers, the others are standing aside watching. And process is super slow: 10 minutes pass and the line didn't move at all.It's just this branch, other TD branches are pretty good.

I have been to quite literally every single TD in the city and we recently (unfortunately) moved near this one. No matter what time of day you go, they are so busy. While I understand banks are busy, I’ve seen lines out the door at other location, the fact that we have to wait 30+ minutes is insane. We just waited over 25 minutes and had to leave because the staff are SO slow. While they see a huge line forming, instead of stopping engaging in extra conversation, they take their time. It’s been this way for over a year. Avoid at all costs.

Worse experience ever , waiting for them to close my account, I want to close my account with TD due to following reasons :1.I reached out to TD after reading about 400$ reward program for a new student account but I didn't receive any sort of rewards from TD within these 4 months.2.I applied for my credit card in January 2023 alongwith opening of account but it's been four months since I applied. I am still waiting to receive my card.I reached out to branch representatives on call as well as in person but still they are giving me false promises so it's my humble request to close my account as early as possible .

The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was observing the branch manager while I was there, and whenever staff asked for her assistance with a client case, she was extremely disrespectful and condescending towards them and clients as well. Not a pleasant person to work/deal with, she should be coached on professionalism and teamwork. This branch has a substantial # of negative online reviews, I'm convinced it might be due to her attitude.Edit: The assistant manager is also as incompetent as the manager, congrats

If you are taking home mortgage from this branch of TD. Please avoid Amrit Singh, he is a mortgage guy. He does not know the process of mortgage and can hang your mortgage while closing and hit your credit without your consent

I have been a long time member of TD- 30 years actually. In previous years I have always maintained my finances with TD due to the strong values, convenient hours and impeccable customer service. I’m not sure if it is TD that has gone down hill or if it is just the employees and manager at this location. Absolutely brutal the organization and time it takes for this bank to accomplish the most basic financial request. Lost communication. No urgency or respect for customer. If I could give zero stars I would have. Very unprofessional and large disregard for people and their financial needs. Get your branch together!

Excellent customer service. Top tier professionalism and efficiency by frontline staff, advisors and the manager. Handsome guy in the blue suit, I think his name was Haider? He was very fast and quick on his feet. When we had a problem, it was quickly resolved by the manager.

I’ve been with TD since 2016, ever since moving to the city. This branch is my FAVOURITE branch. All the tellers and representatives are super helpful, kind, friendly and patient. They will assist you with your needs and won’t turn you away. I always find my needs are met and heard at this branch, unlike the others. So happy to go to this location.
