The salesperson listened carefully to my concerns and helped me find a mattress that really suited us. She was warm and friendly, and asked just the right questions. She gave us space when we needed, was knowledgeable, and helped us to feel confident in our purchase.

Today I learned about the new technologies in mattresses and adjustable bed frames!
Stacey took the extra time with me and patiently explained each type and with the narrowed down brands and firmness, I found the winner!
Stacey also didn't try to lead me towards a mattress that wouldn't be right for me, and this one was on sale, it truly was the perfect fit for me.
The staff and quality selection of items are the reasons I return to shop here.

What an easy, no pressure way to shop! Patrick was fantastic in pointing out the details and very knowledgeable about the construction of both furniture and mattresses. Excellent Canadian made selection.

I purchased a mattress and box spring from the main store and headboard and footboard from the outlet. I was told that the mattress would arrive in about 2 weeks and that the headboard and footboard were in stock, and when everything was ready I would get a call to arrange delivery. When I didn’t hear anything for close to 3 weeks I sent an email to the mattress department. I got a reply saying my order was complete and we arranged a delivery date. When the delivery arrived I received only the mattress and box spring, but no headboard or footboard. We called the store and the person I spoke to said they would get an eta and let me know. I still hadn’t heard 2 days later so called the store. I was told the order would be almost another 2 months, and that was just an estimate!! I feel this is very poor communication and customer service. I paid for everything in full when I ordered, and now I wait with an indefinite timeline (but apparently close to Christmas …when I need an extra bed) and Teppermans has my money. I give 2 stars because I feel the quality and price I got was good, and I like the products.

Real nice furniture at a great price. I had a great time there. Excellent shopping experience. I got all the furniture I wanted at a low cost with 0% interest for 50 months with no money down. Everything they say. Salesman was great to work with and very easy to deal with. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for furniture.

Salesperson and customer service were very friendly. I will continue to shop at teppermans. Had a bad experience with flexity financial through another competitor. Very Shady. Im very happy with how u conduct business.
