My husband and I had a great experience buying a couch from The Brick in Waterloo. It was delivered two weeks ahead of when we expected it to arrive. Customer service was pleasant and helpful.

It was actually fine. I have had bad sales guys in store years ago, but this time I ordered online, they sent email, the delivery guys showed up at the door on the exact day I wanted, and moved it to the rooms I wanted in like 15 min. It was just a boring good purchase. And now I have nice dressers. I had to take off the packaging, but I liked that, so I knew they weren't scratched.

I don't know what to think. Delivery was bad. Dropping very expensive leather covered power recliner. The damage was very minor. [A bent leg] I now do not trust the integrity of the chair, although no repair was necessary. The sales staff were wonderful,,, as were the interactions via phone and text. ? ✌️ ?

The service has always been excellent! Malli is the best. He kept me informed when the delivery truck got unavoidably detained on its way from Toronto and the boys who delivered the very heavy appliance were terrific!! Another job well done.

We got an amazing deal on a mattress for our son. So comfortable. Delivery was easy and I was kept in the loop with a link they sent so I knew when I expect it. They brought it right to the bedroom for us and were courteous by slipping off their shoes. Thanks again.
