The Cartridge Guy is absolutely amazing and truly reliable. He knows his printer stuff and will tell the truth. He steps in and delivers toner the very next day, allowing operations to resume immediately. They suggest to call ahead to make sure it is in stock. Delivery is often at no charge. No problems have been reported. Their urgent service was a lifesaver for our company.
