4-5 employees are sipping coffee but nobody is coming at the counter at 7:15am while store opens at 7am.Employees are lazy

Ordered peak rail blazers product. Never received it and after several inquiries no answers, no help. I will be switching my contractor purchasing to Lowe's. This is not the first time with home depot. Don't ever order on line and don't buy peak rail blazers product.
