I dropped off a return going to the States. I had all my paperwork ready, and the ladies there helped me and took less than 5 minutes.Very professional and welcoming, despite other ups locations.Great work ?

Worst UPS ever! He refused to print me a return shipping label... said he couldn't do it. I realize it was late in the day and he could have said for me to come back the next day because he was closing, but nope, he has no customer service skills. I went to another UPS store and they were happy to ship my package, complete with a return shipping label!

Very friendly, helpful and polite personnel! This is the excellent place for an Amazon drop-off return because of an opportunity to get a receipt/confirmation in contrast to Purolator which does not provide a receipt according to their new policy. Amazon issued a refund in 50 minutes after I made a drop-off there. It was a great experience!
