Code Yellow Towing deserves credit where it’s due. The two ladies in the office were absolute stars—super polite, helpful, and genuinely sympathetic about what I was going through. I can only imagine the difficulty of getting my truck (with no rear end!) onto a flatbed, but they pulled it off without a scratch. They even worked with me to arrange getting it back to a different location, which I really appreciated. I’ve seen the bad reviews, but from my experience, these folks are just doing their job, and they do it well. If you go in upset and hostile, that sets the tone—approach them with respect and you’ll see how much they’re willing to help.”

Active Towing called me back to confirm my location and inform me that a tow truck would be there within one hour. Twenty five minutes later the tow truck arrived.
