“I reached out for help with a problem on my 2022 Hybrid Hyundai Tucson. After discussing the issue I was having with my truck you were amazing pushing me to go to Hyundai direct. The reason you advised was I had existing manufacturer warranty on my used truck. Based on your information I had to fight with my after market warranty to get to a dealer. I just left the dealer and the problem was actually covered by my manufacturers warranty. If I had of allowed someone to work on the problem it would have voided the warranty.
