Out of all of the used cars I looked at, Tony’s car had an immaculate interior and came with a car fax that went back years.
Since this was my first time buying a car, one thing I worried about was the price. At the time of purchase, what I paid was below market value. Checking prices now, what I paid is still about $1-2 grand cheaper.
Finally, during my first anxious month of ownership, I would text Tony about “problems” I saw with the car. All of these problems were actually in my head (ex. I mistaken the parking break light for the engine light). Despite being a difficult customer, Tony would always respectfully respond to my texts and tell me to come into the shop for a check-up.”
