Amazing service. The car wash does a really good job at cleaning the car. Also, they have free vacuums and mat washing stations. If you have custom floor mats, you can bring them inside the office they have and they will wash them for you using pressured water. Also, one of the employees whose name is MIN offered me free license plate protectors so the plates don't get damaged in the wash. Thank you MIN for everything. Cheers! :)

Arrived at car wash just before closing and went through big openings between two orange pylons because not one single car was in the line and didn't want to go all the way around. Some girl acting like cowboy, just noticed she is site operation manager lol jumped in front of my car and started yelling at me saying I have to go around. She came fast from the office door that fast and unsafe that I could have hit her. Because of her rude actions and unprofessional talking to me who is your customer from day one I sad I will do whatever I want to do and kept driving to the machine. While I was checking in she went inside and locked the ramp. She came out acting like she owns the place and told me to back up and can't use wash. Totally unprofessional, very rude and discussing. If people are not allowed to go through then it shouldn't be opening. It is not customer fault because of poor design of car wash entrance and driving all the way at the back and between steel columns. Very disappointed with service.

I just took my car to this car wash today morning, and I’m very disappointed with the outcome. After the wash, I noticed paint damage and black streaks left on the front bumper, which were definitely not there before. It looks like harsh chemicals or careless cleaning caused the issue.
The staff didn’t seem concerned when I brought it up, and there was no offer to inspect or fix the problem. For the price I paid, I expected proper care and attention, not damage to my car’s paint.
I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle’s finish.

Kitchener valet car wash has become the worst car wash nowadays. Recently for a couple of times they were washing my car without enough form and just spraying water. I can count the number of scratches on my car. Really disappointing and lost the trust on them.
I appreciate the person who gave reply for my review for the well fabricated story in the review reply. I believe we had two way communication and she ended up with sorry for what has happened. But the story in the review reply is not acceptable. I will make another visit and let me see what the manager can do in this situation again.
