You will find a lot of variety in the kitchen and decoration stuff. I found the prices are a bit on the higher side on some of the items. Which should be less as it a thrift store

This is the best value village within Kitchener. It has a wide variety of items, the store is always well kept, and the employees are very friendly.

way over priced,, they do not make any of the items, they do not then ship it across the ocean , and them and goodwill certainly don't like to clean anything or wash clothes and fry mean , especially during a pandemic , how did they stay open? , it's DONATED!!!

I went to your location to look for a dress. I noticed it was under construction. I was looking for a sales associate to help my friend and I when we saw a woman who appeared to work there but she walked away. My friend went over and asked if there was a change room she said no and walked away from where we were.As I as I continued to find a dress that I liked. The woman then came towards us in the isle. Pushed past making body contact. At that point we left the store upset for the treatment she gave. We then called the store to speak to a manager only to find out she, KIM was manager on duty. Kim Gregg. She wants her last name know.

One of the better thrift stores in the area, good selection. Prices have gone up, but it's not as bad as other thrift stores. I would suggest this VV over Talize that's nearby, way better!

It's a large and relatively clean thrift store... There isn't a huge amount of selection and when it's busy it can be intense. Right now it's pretty crowded inside because of the Halloween stuff but it is an awesome place to go for costume supplies.

One mans garbage is another mans treasure. Not wveryone live high quality life in this world so Value village is one of my favourite place to shop. It's a good thrift store for many who are struggling to make it on life.I would definitely recommend it to any one who's got their hand full and tight to shop here... to make life a bit easier

TL;DRTidy storeReasonable selectionNo change rooms14 day return (only for a clothing exchange)Rude, patronizing staffOnly had self check outs open (what happened to employing people?)---We are visiting from out of country so I haven't been to a value village in a while. But it seems that they haven't opened changerooms back up since covid. Yep, there is no where to try on a pair of pants. When speaking to the store associate about this, she told me about their 14 day return policy. So, the expectation is that I buy a bunch of items to take home and try on. When I inquired about the refund policy, I was told it is "equal exchange". At this point I'm a little dumbfounded as this all sounds so ridiculous, especially for a business that caters to those on the lower end of the socio-economic spectrum. I try to clarify a bit and she gets super patronizing with me.

I found some really cute things here for very reasonable prices. It's always fun browsing thrift shops. This one was well stocked and quite clean.

Disappointing experience with this Value Village. Came a few days ago and asked an employee whether there were any change rooms to try on several clothing items (since we did see what appeared to be a change room cubicle), only to be told that they did not but that we could return our items within 14 days if they didn't fit. Came back today and relayed what I had been told by that staff member to an employee working the only non self-serve checkout lane just to be told it was straight exchange only. Please either install some change rooms so people can actually try before they buy, or properly inform your exployees about the exchange policy so they are not giving customers the wrong information.

This is the most clean and organized value village I've ever been to. It is also great for dropping off donations. My only complaint is pricing is way too high

It's overpriced. I wanted to buy some jeans and I found 2 pairs of the same brand for the same price. One of the pairs had several stains so I asked the sales clerk for a discount. She instantly agreed with my reasoning and took the jeans to speak with the manager. With zero consideration the manager said no to the discount without giving a reason. Honestly it's pretty ridiculous and scummy that you get essentially unlimited free inventory and you're not willing to discount an obviously damaged item.
