I was shopping for a set of car speakers installed in my car the salesman and the installer was extremely polite and very helpful to find me the right set of speakers for my car it was little over my budget but they said not to worry they adjusted the price to match my budget and I was extremely happy with the service. I am now enjoying my sound system in my car The only thing I can say is Thank you very much for your service God bless

I had a bad experience with a purchase I made three years ago. But as I notified them about it, the team at Kitchener location was quick in making it right for me. I got a call instantly from the manger Jeremy Rodger who patiently listened to my complaint and acknowledged it with a solution that worked for me. The way Jeremy dealt my complaint really displayed how much they care about their customers. Jeremy also showed me the measures they have taken to make sure the bad experience I had won't happen again. The sense of accountability they have for the products they sell is all I need to stick with this store for all my future purchases.
