I was followed around store while shopping like I was going to steal from them.I have been shopping these stores before the people who took over were even in Canada.I put my stuff aside and left store without purchasing because of unpleasant experience.You need more retail training and more respect.The last thing I want while shopping is to be treated with assumptions made by those who aren't even trained properly. Let alone respect. ?

The experience with walmart sunrise customer service is so bad ,i order an item online and after 3 days delay they don't have any answer to give, and the manager name Leo was so bad at customer service and rude and all she could say i can't help you call the customer service and customer service ask me to go to walmart in person.

Girls who working on cashier desks need to learn etiquette to talk with customers. They are rude. Its not for first time i am facing this issue from last 3 months.

Customer Service is DEAD at this location. Purchased groceries but picked up the wrong potatoes. Cashier was lovely. Cashier called for help and the young lady came and said, "sorry there are no potatoes. lol Next cash we see a lady purchase 10 bags of sale potatoes so the cashier called for help and the young man that was asked to get me another bag of potatoes look at me and said, "go get them yourself". Wow, I put my groceries in the car and went back in to stand in line up for the sale potatoes at $1.97. Have no intention of returning to this Walmart location. ughhhhhh don't even what to give them 1/2 a star.

I had a large purchase so normally go to a cashier however the lines were long so decided to go to self checkout. The woman working at the self checkout watched me the entire time to the point I felt uncomfortable. Not only did she watch me but stood close enough as to where I had no personal space. As someone who spent over $200 to be made to feel as though I was stealing something is horrible. I understand her job is to make sure everyone scans every item however the way it was done was so unprofessional. Not once did she offer assistance but just stood there breathing down my neck. After I completed my purchase she re printed my receipt and kept it. I’m sure she did that to check after to make sure I paid for all my items which I did so am not concerned. As a company that encourages their customers to use self checkouts they should make sure their employees treat customers with respect while doing so. I am completely turned off by this experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great service. Great prices. Bought beautifully patio set on clearance and management helped getting price even lower. Also helped bring it to the car. Thanks for great service

Walked into work today and I was completely disgusted by the site of the store. There garbages are never cleaned out and constantly smell! Now they’re bringing products up to the front of the store to put on the floor by using these garbage bins instead of carts. Laziness at its finest. Also I took this at 11am, 4 hours after the store opened.

Terrible location. The staff are so rude, and unwilling to help. But they eill stand and speak with their friends and block all the aisles. If you dont speak their language they simply do not wish to help.I always use the self checkouts, as the line moves slightly faster than the 2 tills that are open. But half of the self check outs are closed, Im not sure why, there are usually 3 - 4 associates standing there. One of the men working approached me and asked if I would be interested in the credit card, which I had already clicked "not interested" on the self checkout. I told him no, and he continued to bother me with all the details of this credit card? Why are the 4 staff working not monitoring the checkouts, but instead have them closed and bothering people about credit cards?Ridiculous.

I visited this store? A week ago,, if it wasn't for Belinda and Brenda amazingly greeting me w nothing but kind words. Then I hits the aisles CAMERAS because the store manager I hear is too obese to walk her own floor and do counts damages and zeros? What type of store manager is this.. her name is Julie Mantle itsbatbthe customer service desk. Wow I hope Walmart does something soon about her .I also was in contact with a Co manager that told me he does all Julie's work plus his???,Then I walked by 3 assistant managers for help .Melanie . Denise and it think it was a Leo? Kbida scared my kids with his demands and demeanor.. Melanie looks like anxiety going to come outta her ears . A manager name Grigorieva was pleasant on woman I seen actually doing anything she a tank that lady . Huge congrats to this assistant manager ! WHAT the heck has happened to this store no English speaking I'm an English speaking domain country. And the body odor .. omg help some of the employess they smell . Don't order a thing online cua they will call tou a their... so how do I get my 399 .99 refund now ...

Staff were rude today, specifically in the clothing department.Two employees were talking. I approached them asking if I’d be able to try on some clothes. The one employee said no. They weren’t cheery and from the beginning I had the impression I was bothering them.I was a bit confused so I asked why, and she replied that the change rooms were closed. I then asked when they opened back up ( my mistake, I thought it was a time of day thing) and she said she didn’t know, they were under construction.I replied with “oh fair enough” I guess I’ll have to buy all of these , go try them on in a bathroom nearby or something and return what doesn’t fit. The employee said: “no, you have to take them home to try on”.I didn’t quite understand why, but I just said okay, and took my clothes to a rack a few sections away to sort through what was really worth buying If I didn’t know it would fit. The two employees followed me to that section and stood quite closely while I did this, just chatting with each other and watching me.I just ended up leaving without buying anything, it wasn’t worth the hassle.In summary: rude staff, no change rooms, and also they really don’t have enough cashiers opened based on the amount of customers. Just go to a different Walmart. (The Winners and Old Navy next door were great and all their staff were so kind and helpful)

I gone there to purchase trousers/ pants for my wife but had a big surprise that all trail rooms were closed and were being used as storage.We were advised by the the store representative that please purchase 2 or 3 pants and try these in your home, if these are not having proper fitting , you can return these and may purchase some others ……….. sorry for inconvenienceI came to know that this is going on since months.I request to the management to please rectify this issue for the ease of the Walmart Customers.

Very poor communication from the staff at the customer service desk on Wednesday April 12 at approx 7-8pmWhen you cut the security tag off of shoes and make it final sale it is on YOU to communicate that to the customer. Non slip shoes that slip are allowed to be returned, you aren’t doing us a favour like you make it seem.Stand by your products and train your staff properly. Maybe clean up the shoe department too, it’s a disaster.

Service is sub par to say the least. The workers are constantly on their phones. That’s all I saw the whole time I was there. A worker walks past you, they’re on their phones. Constantly. And a lot of them smell. I don’t want to be doing my groceries to have a worker walk past me talking on their phones and smelling so bad I have to hold my breath. I will try to shop anywhere other than Walmart. It’s disgusting. Prices are good. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.

This location has been my go-to Walmart for years. The biggest problem they have is with their checkouts. It's a Christmas miracle if you find more than 2 tills open. They only have 4 tills now because the rest are self checkouts. I don't agree with that, as it takes jobs away from people who need them. Yesterday, my mother and I were at the store doing our weekly grocery run, and they had two checkouts open, as usual. We waited behind ONE person for more than 20 minutes. She wanted to apply for the credit card, that's okay, but instead of taking her to customer service (she didn't seem to understand what was going on because they needed to fill in her information for her) they called over 4 managers. How they can have 4 managers come over to use one pin pad and not think to open another till is beyond me. We actually left our groceries (half were on the belt already) and just walked out. I've never been so frustrated with a store before. That was the last straw and we'll be using Cambridge or the Ira Needles location from now on. It's just not worth the headache.
