After getting excellent service from Armit we proceeded to checkout. That was a disaster. I waited 15 minutes while the cashier tried to figure out the price of a diffuser. And the last product scanned required more time. The customer should have got them for free. Meanwhile I waited patiently because we need the goods.If cashiers can't lookup the product, don't make everyone else suffer.

Very rude customer service. Employee at this store was too rude. Her name is Neha. Went to Walmart today saturday at 6:40 pm and during our checkout i asked the employee to split the amount in two and the response i got from her was i’m sorry i am not here to do the math. Rather than this she could have responded that give the amounts and i can punch it in the system. Also before we left she said just pay and leave.That’s absolutely unacceptable.

This store has the worst customer service. I bought underwear for my teen daughter woman’s small. The package was unopened when I bought. Brought it home gave to my child and she pulls one out it was 2X. I went back to the boardwalk to exchange for 6 of the same size. I was then told that I was lying to them and I put one of mine in there. (I am no size 2X) they told me underwear opened is not returnable. I explained that I had to open it to know that the wrong size was put in the closed bag. I explained that I wasn’t asking for a refund I wanted 6 in the size I bought. I have not shopped at Walmart since.I even made a complaint to customer service and no one got back to me. Worst customer service. I refuse and have friends and family not shopping there. Walmart make too much money to not accommodate for their mess ups. Customer service should not accuse people of stealing. I get prescriptions still filled at the pharmacy nothing more. I will be moving my pharmacy to shoppers. I just had another horrible experience. I can’t walk well and limping went to pharmacy to pick up prescription and leave. Because of my injury I have been let out right beside the pharmacy. Today the associate told me no, I explained my situation and he kept refusing me. Told me I had to pay for my things. I have nothing on me. I have a wallet and phone in my pocket and no bag again accusing me of stealing. I work retail and that is not acceptable customer service. This is the only store I have gone into and I am treated like a thief. Walmart you need to do better. Don’t worry I let even one I know how horrible Walmart is and the customer service at the boardwalk.

I try my best to be understanding as I have worked it retail for many years and still do. Maybe I am bias as having worked at Walmart before as a cashier, than customer service and than in a department. I have left ira needles Walmart too many times unhappy. Last time I said I was never going back. Unfortunately, I had to go back. Someone bought me an item. It was wrong and I need to exchange the item. I had to tell customer service my store twice. To have to speak to someone else at customer service to go though everything again. Than to feel be littled. I mentioned I did not buy the item. It was not my card. If you listened you would have not had hopthe need to explain the rules. Hopefully, I will not be back to this Walmart.

This Walmart is the best in KW and is my go-to every time especially as it’s nearest to me and I’m grateful for the time I save shopping here for my groceries. They always have stock & most of the items are always available compared to the other locations. I just wished that they merchandised more quality and natural foods like Zehrs and not put ingredients other than intended in their products. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, quick and easy checkout lanes.

This Walmart is really well stocked and perhaps the best in Kitchener/Waterloo from that perspectiveHowever the customer service is absolutely horribleI had my sister visiting me from the US and she ended up using her card for some shopping we did last weekUnexpectedly I had to return some items and went back to this Walmart; firstly they refused to refund citing I didn’t have the card from which the purchase was made, secondly when I requested them to give me a gift card instead they said that amount of refund is too big to be put on a gift card (it was 51 CAD!)I ended up requesting if they could refund me for the items which were less than $50, now they said they can’t accept the return because the product had no defectI ended up getting refund for that one item but they made me felt as if it was a big favor they did to mePathetic and shameful!Beware of what you purchase from here, it might become a problem if you have ever end up returning it

If I could give 0 I would. Will never be returning to this store follow me around then try to take items from me and say they they will take my things (makeup) to the front of the store so I don't steal it. Meanwhile I was wearing a dress and no purse or bag. This is not the first time they have done this yet I have never stolen a thing. I will never be back ever neither will my children nore will I ever have any more orders put threw this store

Why are most of the self checkout stations closed when there is a line? I’ve stopped going to Walmart for groceries. The self checkout at Zehrs Beachwood is far more efficient.

Worst experience and fraud information.They have poster with FIDO Home internet 40$/45$. The photo was made on July 28th, 2023.There is NO such deals for Fido. The Sales person at Walmart ensured us that he can make 40$ for 100Mbp/s. But in the end it was 50$.He lied about price and also said that we will get 5$ if we set up auto payment for the Home Internet, but FIDO doesn't have auto payment feature for Home Internet. That is fraudulent information.This is the perfect case for the lawsuit.I'm going to file a complaint.Also, the sales person said that we will be able to pick up the modem at any FIDO store but that was also not true.Walmart as always provides the most worse customer service one can imagine.

I bought underwear from this location. The label shows 100% cotton for solid color underwear. The underwear solid color is 25% polyester and 75% cotton.I asked for a refund due to the miss labeling as I explained I have an alergy to polyester.They said they have no responsibility for the miss labeled product as a retailer. To the best of my knowledge they kept the mislabeled product on the shelves for sale.

Be careful when buying salads from this garbage place. Bought a ceasar salad that expires in 8 day. Opened it up and everything was rotten. And no one in there speaks English. Terrible customer service. And pay attention to your bills. And always count your money. They will try to rip you off.

A few years ago, it used to be one of my favorite stores, known for its excellent customer service. However, nowadays, I always try to avoid this store, even if I need to purchase something from there. The reason behind my avoidance is the significant decline in their customer service experience over the past few years. It seems to have started after they hired new staff members. Unfortunately, the current employees often treat customers poorly, assuming that most of them are thieves. It's truly a pathetic situation.

Horrible and terrible customer service even from a management team ( I think, it was Charmaine). The entire Walmart team killed my two hours of shopping experience by not honoring a coupon already attached to the product ( see photo). Walmart pays them to work better, but the employees don't even care what they learned in the trainings. When there was a clear mistake from them, they just wasted half an hour of their time discussing with a customer just to prove that THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AND ALL CUSTOMERS ARE THERE TO FRAUD THEM. I hope somebody told them that Walmart gets reimbursed from vendor coupons. Such a sick behavior and mentality. These are the type of employees Walmart wished never had.

I visited The boardwalk Walmart for my general grocery and was waiting in line for check-out, I have been to a lot of Walmart but manager here is so rude to customers and associates as well. Particularly, manager named Christiana. I am never ever coming to this Walmart again and I will share this incident with my friends and my loved ones.

Walmart at the Boardwalk in Kitchener Waterloo is the absolute worst. Avoid this location at all costs!!!! Multiple times they have displayed a price that was not correct at the register and then refused to honour the price. They also refused to allow a return just because I bought the item at another location (when Walmart website clearly says you can return to any location as long as you have the receipt.) Managers also treat you like dirt if you question why they are not following the corporate policy in-store. Terrible terrible location!!
