Nancy was amazing! Even before I bought the Hamilton mini fridge, she helped me figure out the right size and gave excellent advice. She explained the importance of leaving space at the back to avoid overheating, especially if the legs are removed. Her expertise and friendly attitude made the process so much easier. Highly recommend her assistance!

Please get rid of the workers from India...no help and always very rude. Or please train them to understand this isn't India... Customer service is different here.

Ever since the influx of Indian people... The phone never gets answered. I'm about to call corporate and complain. I have been calling the pharmacy all day since 9am it's 4pm and it just rings and rings. This is just unacceptable. Why do I have to wait an hour for a prescription to be filled when I could've called a hour ahead of time. Now I have to waste time leaving and coming back. Horrible service can't even get someone on the main store line for customer service. This is ridiculous. I can't say I have ever been more disappointed in how a store is run this place.

Had to go to Marks in Kitchener to get my size scrubs. Decide to get groceries at walmart. Man what a crappy mall! Look at the entrance. At walmart I couldn’t find the carts. I asked checkout kid - he didn’t know. Ok now I’m upset. Go to customer service. The nice lady “Laura” calmed me down and explained about the cart thefts.
This store has terrific staff. A1!

Train your emoloyee for proper communication. Dont fall for scam guys they offered a gift card for credit sign up which i never asked for n now they are sending bills saying pay your credit bills which I never even activated. WOW

The layout of this store is not good. There are no signs that tell where things are. I would rather travel farther to a better one. If I had to shop at this one only IF I needed something sooner.

There seems to be a lot of reverse racism at this location these is not a single employee who is not from a certain county or speaks a certain language not to mention the stench in this place! It smells like onions and non-stop body odor it is offensive. I remember the days where employees needed to shower and have proper hygiene, needed to speak english and provide good customer service. You ask these people where something is and they either don’t understand the question or can’t speak english or they don’t know where it is. It’s incredibly frustrating to walk in and not have help from anyone unless you’re one of them or speak their language when we live in CANADA! The manager is clearly a racist because there is not a single other race working at this Walmart. I barley go to Walmart anymore because of this I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where they hire based on skill and not a government subsidy and slave labor!

Very convenient, you'll find mostly everything you are looking for that you need on a daily basis. Could be maintained more often, very easy to navigate and staff is friendly if you require assistance. Prices are reasonable compared to other grocery and general stores.

I go to this Walmart regularly for grocery pickup. Recently their phone systems have stopped functioning and they have never bothered to try and fix it. If you go to the store, expect to wait between 20 and 40 minutes to receive your order. It's faster to go in and shop for yourself than it is to wait for Walmart to bring the order out. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. I hope the management reads this and does a better job supporting their workers so they can help their customers in a timely manner.

Bought groceries from here just a few hours ago today and came home and opened this bagels package and found this gross mold in each bagel. Not worrying about price or clearance or refund, but at least they should not sell these at any cost and not even free to take. I'm very disappointed and never gonna buy any baked stuff from here anymore.
