This place is a joke! The grocery pickup experience has been terrible! They have absolutely no value for time! The place is tremendously under-staffed and most of the time they’re clueless about what’s going on with their customers! Stay away. Period.

Step 1: Take away free reusable bagsStep 2: Don't allow people to take plastic handcarts to their carStep 3: Don't offer any assistance to bring groceries to someones car. Tell them they have to buy a bag!To the blonde woman working at the self checkout tonight, I bet you feel very proud of yourself...

Worst Walmart in town. I have been here on emergencies as its closer and everytime I can kick myself and swear never to return. At first I thought it was just bad day,but after the 5th time.... its my last. Never has any carts, allot of items are not priced and customer service is ridiculous. If everyone that stands on their phones, would work, it might be different. But you can see no one cares here

I have been going to this Walmart for nearly 9 years. Last few years, this store has not been addressing fake service dogs who are clearly "uncontrolled dogs" or pets that aren't suppose to be in the store. Warning to service dog handlers do not shop at this Walmart. Security is a joke. They do absolutely nothing to ensure safety of disabled people with service dogs. I no longer feel safe going with my service dog has I cannot guarantee his safety as I am in a wheelchair. Clearly no one cares as I have addressed the problem and yet it continues. For all you people that feel the need to lie and tell people your dog is a emotional support or therapy dog - these dogs have no public access rights! Service dogs do not sniff the ground, bark, they heel appropriately, they do not beg at the table, they do not lunge or growl, emotional support or comfort or you having anxiety is NOT service dog TASK or AN ALERT! Holding or cuddling your dog is not service dog work! These dogs are for legit medical conditions and disabilities verified by your doctor. You do all of us disabled individuals a great disservice and discrimination when you feel you are entitled to bring your dogs everywhere when you have no business doing that. We need these dogs to actually keep us alive or we are dead. Think about that. If your dog bites or interferes with a service dog you are risking the grounds of legal ramifications. People who feel the need to impersonate a service dog [lying and bringing in their dogs] you aren't fooling anyone. So don't bring them in. Leave them at home where they belong.

Nothing on the shelves and mostly expired products . Produce is down right disgusting. I don't think they are prepared at all for the amount of people that shop there. What good is turning it into a superstore if you can fill the shelves.

This has been the most distressing experience I've had in Canada. It was my first encounter with humiliation and discrimination. The staff displayed an excessive amount of attitude and ego. I was simply there to exchange some empty water jugs. The customer service lady I encountered was incredibly rude. While dealing with a minor issue (which, in my opinion, should not have been a big deal), she instructed me to move from the front to the back of the store. This was an unusual experience for me, as I am a regular customer and have never faced such treatment before. It was particularly frustrating because I observed that other white customers regularly exchanged water jugs without any hassle – they simply dropped off their empties at the rack and picked up new ones.To make matters worse, the customer service representative initiated unnecessary drama, seemingly attempting to make me feel small. Up until that point, I managed to maintain my composure. However, things took a turn for the worse when she called other staff members to gang up on me. They didn't listen to my end of the story. They began to insult me, and I eventually lost my temper and responded in a raised voice. The situation escalated further when they threatened to involve the police. At that point, I decided that I did not want to be a part of this dramatic and uncomfortable situation, and I chose to leave. I felt deeply violated by the entire experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had a coupon to redeem at self-checkout but they instead took it to a cashier to redeem and made so many mistakes that they had to call a manager. Took about 15 mins to come and couldn’t figure out the problem, so I had to suggest how to fix it so I can leave and he listened to me. Unreal when a customer is telling to how to do your job. Very disappointed because the staff is so argumentative and don’t know how to provide good service.

Don’t get your groceries delivered unless you want to pay for items you didn’t want. I’ve given them 3 chances and never again will I use their delivery service. For one a bunch of items were wrong or missing, secondly they don’t even come up to my door half the time. I get a text saying they are downstairs. Theres a reason I get it delivered. Stop hiring people who can’t do their job correctly so sick of this.

This should be called Walmart of new delhi. Customer service is garbage. Maybe service will be restored when the occupation ends.

I have been a customer for a long time and I rarely shop in-store anymore because the whole experience is becoming too aggravating. There are NEVER enough tills open forcing you to make a decision to wait in a long line to use the self-checkout. Then oftentimes there are several tills closed. There are a number of staff who speak in another language amongst themselves while customers are present. Many of these same staff have a very strong and offensive body odour that I find to be rather intolerable. It is very likely that there are cultural differences that may be a large part of the problem.Walmart is a large conglomerate with layers of HR and management staff that should be assisting those new to the country with understanding the cultural differences alongside the accepted social norms while in their employ.Do better Walmart at assisting those new to the country. It's not enough to just employ immigrants. Help them to immerse into a culture that is very different to their own.Learning socially accepted hygiene practices and to speak the language where they are employed being amongst the many things that will benefit both them and your customers.

9 self check spots with only 4 open (less than 50%) and a line… I don’t give a toss about using self check vs cashier but if you’re gonna have self check have them all useable at all times.

Horrible, Do not do online shopping and delivery! After the delivery guy stood on my driveway for 5 minutes with his car, he finally rang our doorbell about 8 times in a row. Even after I opened the door, he still kept ringing it, while staring at me. He then told me to unpack his car and opened the trunk meanwhile his car was parked at the beginning of the driveway. So as he stood there watching me unpack his car and move the items out of his trunk into my house, I asked him if he could help while I brought the items inside. The only thing he did was throw the pop can boxes on the driveway and dent them. Do not shop here if you plan on doing delivery!

As a colored person in the cosmetic section it gave me anxiety because they always try to act like somebody is trying to steal. People are allowed to look around and touch things. People who steal are not d*** they wouldn't openly carry it in their hand right infront of you obviously if someone does that they are looking or about to pay for it. I've been followed in alot of stores but this one is too much the person made everyone looking around and their kids scared of me when I had the receipt.

Awesome, they have vegan chicken wings, wish they were 4.98 again and not 6.43 or whatever they are now. They go back and fourth between those two prices. They have vegan lindt chocolate with hazelnut , advertised as their specifically vegan chocolate. It is 5.48 a bar for 100g, so good. On sale once for a dollar off. So expensive but the best vegan chocolate I’ve had.
