The Weber Inn Kitchener is a modest, budget-friendly motel located in a convenient, accessible area. The rooms are typical of a low-budget motel, clean but with a slight ink smell in some corners. Guests are asked not to use certain devices, like printers, after certain hours. The staff can be particular about guests, quickly inquiring about the number of visitors and requesting they leave within a short timeframe. However, the staff is generally described as hardworking and decent, with Rasheed at the front desk and the housekeeping team receiving praise. The rooms vary in quality, with some being more suitable for longer-term residents. Amenities include two queen beds, a nice bathroom, a smart TV, and a kitchenette. The nearby hotel's pool is also available for use. Noise levels can be high on weekends, and the permanent guests are described as "colorful but decent." While the motel may not be suitable for everyone, some guests have had positive experiences, feeling safe and satisfied with their stay, especially in the specific room they occupied. However, recent reviews suggest the cleanliness and value for money have declined, and the motel may be subject to occasional police raids.
Modest Ink smell coming from some corners of the room. I was asked not to use my 3 in one Lexmark printer/scanner/copier after the hours of 1 am.

Best thing is there's a Tim Hortons across street. Walls are paper thin, my door frame was all busted out and could see outside. Had some strange guy threatening to kick my door in if some girl didn't come out. Not a good experience at all....rather sleep on streets than there

I would have recommended this place a long time ago but nowadays is not very clean getting very expensive and they barely clean the rooms anymore and it seems to get raided quite often
