As always the team did great work. We wanted frosting with our logo on our new offices in our coworking space and they turned out incredible. Process was smooth and great. They team was really responsive to our questions and suggestions. We think it looks amazing.

We've been working with Westmount Signs & Printing for a little over a year on vehicle decals. Paul and the team have always handled our requests and concerns with courteous responses and diligent investigations.
Most recently they provided a quick turn around for replacing vehicle decals after a motor vehicle accident required a complete overhaul of the back of a vehicle. Thank you to the team at Westmount Signs & Printing for the exceptional care and dedication to seeing a project through to the end!

Recently ordered a retractable banner. Westmount Signs & Printing was excellent to work with. They were able to accommodate the short time frame, super professional, and incredibly helpful even with my limited design skills. Prices were very competitive. I cannot recommend enough. Will definitely use again for future printing needs.

I had an amazing experience using Westmount Signs & Printing. I needed a banner created for a trade show and was given very little notice to get it printed - so this was a rush. I dealt with Jorja Couch, and she was absolutely amazing! She knew I needed the job rushed and she did everything in her power to get it ready. It was actually ready sooner than expected. Jorja was great, and the price was really reasonable as well. I would definitely use them again.

First off, I have to say, I never write reviews because I don't have time, but something needs to be said:I had a retractable poster done at this business and they were so rude and unaccommodating, but I still wanted to support local instead of BannerBuzz.ca.It seems if you're a smaller company, you're of very little importance to them. I was brushed aside several times, especially today, when they failed to honour the price they quoted me. I'm so dissappointed on how I was treated by the sales staff at this business. They also pointed out that quotes were only good for 30 days, it had been 18. They mentioned it could be done today, Friday, January 26th, then said they couldn't.My goodness, is this how you run a business?Follow up @ 2:24I got a phone call after my review from Westmount Signs whereby I was firmly spoken to as if I was a child.To summarize, my information was correct, in fact, it was the sales associate’s own quote that wasn’t being honoured! And it was agreed it was 18 days since the quote.Westmount offered to create the banner at $15 dollars off (the original quote I was given), but I had to send the pdf. I let him know I sent it YESTERDAY, and I refused because I didn’t enjoy being yelled at by a strange man.He then said, “As a human, you should take her name down.”You have to love a company that reduces customers to the point where they’re not even human.As a business owner myself, I remember thinking, just give the customer the $15 off that you promised, even though you recently just changed your rates. Even if I was wrong, do it out of good faith for your customer!Well, I decided even though all my facts are true, I would take the sales associate’s name down.I guess that makes me human.
