Disgraceful you have to pay for a bag for purchases. This is not a grocery store or dollar store where you have to pay for a bag. When one is making purchases at either a mid range or at a higher end store it’s expected to receive a 10cent bag for purchases . They want to give a boutique vibe and treating customers as if they were at a flea market looking for flea market looking for used items.

I have been told i can return the jacket in 14 days , went there with receipts and sales lady was very rude ,didn't even look at receipt and straight said all r final sales. Went to other zack store in waterloo got refund right away . Very much disappointed and never coming back there.

Invoice says returns are possible within 14 days. Sales lady was very rude and could not even be bothered to maintain eye contact while telling me they don't do returns. It was a mistake shopping there, one I shall not repeat.
